Unfulfilled order with a hard to reach company policy

I've place an order on December 24, 2021 for the amount of $78 US dollars. I've tried since January to contact the company as I never received the item. The company website does not have a contact phone number, nor does it have a customer service email address. The only way to communicate with them is VIA chat. I have enter my concern in the chat, but no one response to my chat. It has been very frustrating. On the January 9 chat, they acknowledge not sending the item, but after that there was no communication.

LMNT shopuntitled.co uses social media to lure teens to their website shopuntitled.co to purchase clothing items. There are actual teens on the Instagram page doing clothing hauls they claim to have been purchased from shopuntitled.co I ordered an M&M racing jacket and was sent a thin polyester snap up that had a respect logo in the corner. A giveaway type item used for promotional purposes. The company blocked me from their social media page when I tried warning others.
