A company called claiming they were filing a lawsuit for a debt that I never incurred for a payday loan from Cashnet, a company I have never even heard of. They had the last 4 of my social and a very old email account. The person I spoke to told me they are scheduling me for court in a few months to dispute the facts but gave no information about what court or when. The person got rude when I told him I knew nothing of the debt.

• So on November 08, 2016, I always check my credit report daily and discovered with Transunion Credit Bureau , my credit report shows a “ FALSE DEROGATORY ACCOUNT: MIDWST RCVRY $725.00 “ and this debt shows up stating I owe $725.00 to Riverside Services/Obrien Wexler and Associates, PO Box 533, Lockport NY 14095, ebsite:http://www.obrienwexlerassoc.com, Phone: (716) 433-2414, (877) 334-5288

1st. of all I have never heard of these companies Riverside Service Payday Loan associated with Obrien Wexler and Associates. 2nd, I have never received anything, any money, paperwork about a debt owed $300.00 from the original creditor or the 3rd party collection agency. I have called/contacted today Tuesday, November 8, 2016 over at Midwest Recovery Systems, spoke to Stacey and Thomas, to report FRAUD on this collection debt “MIDWST RCVRY $725.00 “. They assured me it will be removed from my credit report and shown as a FRAUD. I will hold them to their word and hopes I do not have to file a lawsuit against them for allowing this SCAM COMPANY Riverside Services/Obrien Wexler and Associates to do such a dishonest act and at Midwest Recovery Systems would place it on my credit report without my consent. This is FRAUD . . . I have placed a FRAUD ALERT WITH ALL 3-CREDIT BUREAUS AS OF TODAY, WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 08, 2016, FRAUD ALERT ON : Service Payday Loan associated with Obrien Wexler and Associates, and Midwest Recovery Systems

Desired Settlement: I want this removed from my credit report in the 30 days or I will be filing a lawsuit against both companies: Riverside Services/Obrien Wexler and Associates and Midwest Recovery Systems.

Somehow OBrien Wexler Associates found a medical debt from 2011. It was allegedly never filled through my insurance company because the medical company only collected cash. The collection agency "found" the debt and called me. Joe Thomas, if that is in fact his real name, claims they sent me a letter earlier in the month. I never received. He threatened my future financial wellbeing (claiming a report would be filled against my credit) if I did not pay in the next 24 hours. I needed to provide him with my credit card information over the phone or overnight a cashiers check. I called my insurance company immediately. I never had a medical service on the date OBrien Wexler Assoc claimed I owed. The company provided no written documentation of the debt and provide no information other than the data of service, amount owed and the name of a medical company "that went bankrupt two years ago" according to Joe Thomas.
