High Quality Corgi Puppies Reports & Reviews (14)

Well I never fathomed I’d be scammed to the degree I was but I was recently. Personally didn’t look into it, my husband said he found a corgi for sale for 800. The seller seemed legit, talked to my husband throughout the day, asked questions, sent us a contract. After we paid via Zelle they stayed in contact a couple days, sending photos and was going to send the puppy to us on a Friday. Friday come around and they called my husband saying the airline needs us to purchase a kennel for 1200. When my husband told me this, I was thinking why we needed to get such an expensive kennel. I have one for my other dog, cost 1200 but it is an impact crate for high anxiety dogs. So that’s where my thought process went. Again husband is handling as I was at work. Really at this point just wanted the dog so we paid…. A few hours later we get a call from the “shipping” company who say they won’t send the dog from CO until we pay 1800 insurance and if we don’t then we will get fined for abandonment. Now we are frustrated and I’m telling my husband it doesn’t make sense to pay full price for insurance, I tell him to call them and of course no answer. At this point I’m freaking out, and once I start researching for real I realize the depth of the scam and it’s common. The website has been named similar ones through the year and have been getting away with this since 2017 it looks like. I feel really dumb about it in hindsight, you can’t get your money back the bank won’t help since I technically authorized the payment. So I’m out 2000 and these people get away with it, which is where I get pissed. No repercussion just collecting free money. Hopefully you are reading this before you are scammed.

I googled Corgi pups and found a website www.highqualitycorgipuppies.com. I was interested in adopting Blue. Their email is [email protected]. I entered my info on their website. They emailed me a video of the puppy I was looking for. He said his name was Daniel. He asked for payment, then they would send me a contract. He asked for CashApp or Venmo. He said they were a Christina based family and would never take advantage of anyone, and they've been doing this for a long time. The website says the puppies are AKC and CKC registered. He said the puppy was $550 and shipping was $250. He told me if I don't want to buy from them, I could pay more somewhere else. I was concerned about how the dog was shipped. he said it would be shipped with instructions on how to care for them, and their own crate, and their chew toy, and that the airport would take very good care of him. he said the dog would arrive within 4-6 hours of getting on the plane. He said they ship dogs on Mondays. Wednesday and Fridays.

I came across the High Quality Corgi Puppies website. Well I fell head over heels with a little female named, Gracie. She was exactly what I was looking for and these guys seemed extremely professional and legit! AKC and CKC registered pups, health guaranteed, able to ship anywhere by flight. I talked with Daniel via email for a few days! He was able to answer all of my questions, was super delightful to work with. He even screened me in the beginning like a responsible breeder would do! He had sent me multiple pictures and even video’s of Gracie! They have amazing reviews on their page. It seemed sooo legit. But I had a bad gut feeling and just could not send the money. They wanted the payment by PayPal. Well the email had absolutely nothing to do with their business. Not only that, they would not let me send it so the purchaser was covered incase of fraud. They even went on to tell me that they are a Christian family and would never ever be so low as to take ones hard earned money and not deliver. I then decided to dig even deeper and found this thread! This just proved my gut feeling to be right. I fortunately avoided giving these horrible people my money, but I see many were not so fortunate. I am so sorry, and I hope my review helps someone else before they get sucked into their lies!

Hi! I want to thank everyone for filing their complaints. I was almost sucked into this scam lastnight. The price being so low immediately threw me off, then urging me to pick flight over picking up… I answered the questions, and emailed back and forth a few times. Then I did further research and found this page. People in this world really suck, and I am so sorry to everyone here who just wanted a sweet little puppy, but ended up getting scammed. I just wanted a corgi for my sweet one year old to grow up with. But in this case, it looks like you get what you pay for. I will pay the extra money to ensure I am not being scammed.

Well how do I start with this one here. We came across this website and as everyone else on their complaints here. We thought the price was a little weir but we took it anyways. As we live in California, we didn't think much of the cost of shipping but Daniel's Emails felt so legit and as time went by with each email sent back and forth we thought it was a legit website with someone real. We had given up our $800 payment through Zelle. Got pictures of Alonzo the puppy, then we thought wow okay proof its actually him, you know? cool days go by we are emailing back and forth, we sign sales agreements and heath guarantees, all that stuff. We get to the day Daniel is supposed to "ship" Alonzo and he sends us and email with tracking number and all. Says puppy will be shipped with "JetPets" which now we see is also a scam, he has connected the copy and paste of the REAL website to his own domain which then he created a different website to. Anyways, says he shipped Alonzo, we get an email a few minutes later saying that we needed to rent out a crate that was airline approved. Being a first timer, we thought this was actually like a thing airlines do for the best care for the puppy, we sent an extra $1250 for the "rental' of the crate. YES , we went that deep into the scam. Trust me REGRET EVERY BIT OF IT. We lost $2050. WE are writing this now, so other people do not fall for it like we did. Please, only do in person. Oh by the way, he also had given us his "AKC registration" number which matched his breed and name but doesn't make things any better.

I daughter was looking for a corgi puppy for her and her brother and came upon their site. She inquired to them and yes I answered their questions and submitted the answers to questions. They sent pictures which my 8 year old and 17 year old fell in love with Gracie. While price was not up there with others I really didn’t think much of it. Starts emailing them back and forth they said cost $250 more to fly it to us as we lived close asked about coming to just pick up. They said needed $400 deposit I said we’d come this weekend to pick up if ready. I never mentioned deposit again. Set time and day to go get Gracie asked for address to meet. Called number got recording which was trigger two for me and then emailed again about address. Next email I got was when we were sending deposit. I said we will pay in full when we see the dog. And I’m attached email I got the reply to [censored] off. I simply told them to have pleasant day and stop trying to scam hard working people.

So people beware

My girlfriend and I were looking for a corgi puppy and thought that we had found a place that seemed trustworthy. Upon further review after they asked for more money due to a different crate to ship the dog it turns they are not. This is one big scam and I hope they are found

BBB notes: If you feel you are a victim of an online pet  or transportation scam, ScamPulse.com encourages you to file a complaint and/or customer review at www.bbb.org/Norfolk, with the Virginia Attorney General's office at https://www.oag.state.va.us/consumer-protection/index.php/file-a-complaint, as well as report your experience to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov and the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov.

High Quality Corgi pups present an offer that is too good to be true; I wish I had known that sooner. They offer to ship as soon as possible, though they charge a $150 "shipping fee".

We had been looking to adopt a new dog since one of our dogs died in June. It was seeming harder and harder to make contact with rescues and puppies were getting homes before our applications were even considered. We tried about 7 times to adopt a dog, so one night we just went online and entered Corgi Puppies, and this gorgeous website came up. Wow, they had 6 beautiful puppies available and at only $550. for a male. We sent an email and unlike so many other attempts to contact places about a dog, they got back to us the next day. The emails were strange and seemed like they hadn't even read our request. But, I wanted a puppy so bad that I ignored all the bright red flags. The worst one was that they asked for $550 plus $150 to fly the dog to us. We paid the $700. by Zelle and we were asked when we wanted the puppy to arrive and what was the nearest airport. We said Monday, 1/11/21 and Newark Intl. Airport. On Monday morning a man called from a CA number. This breeder was allegedly in Cincinnati, OH. He said I had to go online and tell the transport company to put my dog on the plane. He gave me a big number that I had to report to them. I did that. Then I got a call from an agitated man saying I had to tell the transport company, Noah Ark Pet Travel (can you stand it? No English speaker would call Noah's ark, Noah Ark). I called them and they gave me a story, in an accent I could hardly understand, and I'm good with accents, that I had to do something more. I kept saying, I'm sorry, I don't understand you. The guy on the phone said you have to give us more money because we need to put your dog in a better carrier. We will refund this money when we deliver the dog to your house. I said, how much are we talking about? He answered, $1,200. I hung the phone up knowing that I'd been scammed. I contacted "Richard Raven" and he said we will put the dog on a plane on Wed. I said please refund our money. He answered that he'd return our money on Fri., 1/15/21. I contacted him on Friday and told him we were awaiting our refund. He now said, I told you I will return your money when I sell the dog. I told him that I would now be reporting him to anyone who I can. He said, see you in court. I said, see you in prison. He then started swearing and sending obscenities through my email.

We ordered a female Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy from highqualitycorgipups.com. The pup cost $600 and shipping was $150. They had us use the Zelle app to complete the purchase and asked us to send a screen shot of the completed purchase screen to speed up delivery. This was 1/6/2021. We asked for a video to verify the pup's health for ourselves. They sent a video of a corgi that looked like the one we ordered. This was rather quickly done. The pup was to be delivered on 1/8/2021 and they would tell us shipping info when things were set. On 1/8/2021, we contacted the seller in the morning to find out when the pup was coming. They did not get back to us until around 5pm and gave us shipping info. That Info said that the pup was coming via Noah Ark Travel and should arrive at 23:50 hours which is 11:50pm. My wife went to the airport to pickup the pup and found out that no plane had flown since 11pm and there was no pup. We contacted noaharktravel.com by phone and could not get an answer. Their website had an instant message chat that I used and finally got vague answers since they did not seem to know much about what happened. I stayed up to wait for responses from the chat. Around 3:30 am noaharktravel.com finally told me they would finish contact with us by email. Then we got an email stating the crate the pup came in had to be upgraded for water and food, etc and it would be a charge of $1,120 that would then refund 97% of this charge back to us when the pup was received by us and would be cash or credit. We did not have $1,120. We were called by a Dennis telling us what the email said. When we told him we do not have the money, he told us we had one hour to pay or they would charge us with animal abuse and animal abandonment. We hung up and called the local police who informed us that we could not be charged since we had no possession of the animal. Our local police said that since the crime was over the internet and the seller was from Ohio, that we should call Ohio police and report it. I called Ohio police and they said that since I live in Pennsylvania that I had to report it to my local police and they could make a report and then they could send the report to Ohio police who could then look into the crime. Local police found it to be a scam online for us. We did look, but found nothing at the time. He used the company names and looked for reviews and found them as scams. We looked at reviews on their website and got taken for $750. Beware, buy local and see what you are paying for before you pay.

I ordered a puppy that I was sent pictures and a video of. Was requested to Zelle $750 to them. They said they would fly the puppy to the airport nearest me. After receiving my $750, I never was able to get in contact with them again. They are using pics of someone else's puppy and promising same puppy to multiple people. Having multiple people send them $$ and then never able to reach them again. So sad that such rude and dishonest people are out there taking advantage of innocent, trusting people.

I am trying to find a pair of puppies for my family using online services. On one site, among actual reputable breeders, I located this jerk who had puppies available and seemed legit. I emailed back and forth and learned when they would be ready, how shipping works, etc. Thankfully I happened to discover petscams.com and was able to identify this guy - Daniel Roberson - as a known scammer. Very thorough email, list of services and amenities, etc.
