I get several text messages everyday from different phone numbers (which I block everyday). The latest text message from 917-834-4267 stated "john, reduce pain, anxiety, inflammation with the most powerful cbd! get your 100% pure cbd gummies now!"

The link in the text message takes you to the website https://naturalherbalcbd.com. The actual customer service phone number is 844-984-2451.

I am on the donotcall.gov list and i have never done any business with this company. This company needs to be fined for all the text messages that are sent to me everyday for months by fake phone numbers.

I ordered a free sample just pay postage so I thought I would try cbd oil I waited and received a card from post office to say they couldn't deliver my package untill I payed £22 -11p customs duty.if it wasn't payed they would send package back to sender I was going to e.mail to tell them but cannot find there address.A couple of weeks later first class popped up on my tablet selling cbd I just clicked it off ingnord it.After I went on my bank to check my account and £89.95p was in my pending so looked on my e.mail it says thanks for your purchase I didn't buy anything there is nowhere I can contact them.Christine Brierley

PRODUCTS:

1. CBD (oil) size 250 mg --- I attempted to place an order for one free bottle, as advertised, for a total cost of shipping and handling of $4.95. This order was never completed because I never viewed any final “Checkout Order” page of what was being ordered, nor did I ever receive any receipt that any order was ever placed. I did, unfortunately, on earlier Internet pages provide my name and address and contact information including the Credit Card I was planning to use if I ever reached the final Checkout Ordering page, all before I was disconnected.

2. CBD TUMERIC 2X size same as above product --- Not wanted, ever --- Your firm simply added this when I attempted to bypass up-selling on my way to my check out page.

3. CBD PAIN RUB 1 Oz. --- Not wanted, ever --- Your firm simply added this when I attempted to bypass up-selling on my way to my check out page.

CHRONOLOGY:

12/6/19 12:30 PM: I attempted to order the “free” oil for S&H of $4.95 only. I bypassed all “upsell” products by clicking on continue to place order. No other blocks were checks by me.

12/6/19 12:35 PM: Since the final “continue to place order” page never appeared on my computer I seemed to have been disconnected. Logically the order costing $4.95 for S&H was never placed.

12/6/19 2019 12: 40 PM: I received a phone call from my VISA Credit Card (Jason) asking me to confirm if I had placed the last 5 items. I identified 3 (of the 5) items, one which I was attempting to place, and two which I was not ordering. Obviously the VISA card company was suspicious of this company’s SCAMs.

12/6/19 12:44 PM: I opened my on-line Internet connection to my account (VISA). I discovered the CBD oil company was overcharging me. Instead of $4.95 for S&H they were charging a total of $25.80 (3 charges of 7.95, 7.95, and 9.90).

12/6/19 12:30 PM: I called my Credit Card VISA company (Rebecca) and placed a dispute, case #19063001325 and I explaining the above. She recommended contacting the company on the matter first, and if not resolved to call VISA back.

12/6/19 12: 55 PM: I called First Class Herbalist Oils and spoke with “Jo Ann.” After repeating to above to her, I asked my so-called “order” be cancelled in full for a full refund. Jo Ann advised they would not refund S&H. I specifically asked if she was refusing to provide a full refund and she stated no, she was not. By 1 PM the so-called “order” had been cancelled according to her verbal assurance.

12/13/19 Afternoon: I received a Post Office package containing the three items which are now being returned, regardless that I cancelled the so-called “order” 25 minutes after first contacting the company on 12/6/2019.

12/14/19 2:30 PM: I called First Class Herbalist Oils and spoke with “Aaron.” I asked for a return address for the products I did not order; none was provided with the shipment as is normal for companies to do so. Aaron added that by only pressing to continue to checkout I had not un-checked a tiny box by the company which is the basis for claiming their product was about to be ordered by me (false claim). I advised Aaron this was a SCAM perpetrated by the company and I would report this to the Better Business Bureau. Further, if I did not get a full refund I would be suing First Class Herbalist Oils under the Small Claims Court of our County asking for all my financial losses, including the S&H of the his items back to the company.

Got email from CBD health. Buy 2 bottles and get 3free for $39. Next day got email from first class herbalist thanking me for my order of $204

Ad on the above referenced website/link implies that '1 BOTTLE TRIAL PACK' of CBD Gummies is available for $4.95 only. The ad does not mention any ongoing subscription commitment or any responsibility to contact them to cancel lest you be charged the full price of $89.95 for the trial bottle. A few days after my order, my account was charged $12.90 ($4.95 & $7.95 (?)) for the trial bottle. A few weeks later I received an email from them that they could not process an additional order because my card was declined. They further advised that they would resubmit my card for payment in a few days; and if necessary a few days therafter. I told them via email not to do so in that I did not order any additional product. Subsequently, I noticed that my account was charged $89.95. When I contacted them via phone, they advised that you must CANCEL within 14 days or you will be charged full price for the trial bottle. I told them that their advertising was misleading and deceptive; and that I would be contacting my bank to dispute this charge. They offered to provide me with a 60% refund of the $89.95 if I agreed to do so over the phone. I refused to do so. Review of the 'terms and conditions' contained in the footer of the above referenced website/link revealed that the evaluation period is 20 days, not 14 as their represetative led me to believe. I canceled within 18 days (within the 20 days contained in their terms and conditions); so I should not have been charged. Additionally, they sent me a small jar of CBD Pain Rub that I did not order; and they attempted to charge me for that product as well, however, my bank declined this transaction. Supprting documentation available upon request.

Something was advertised as a try out or trial for pain. The ad said not a subscription or any further obligation and a shipping cost was charged. Then little over a week later card charged for $89.95. I phoned them and some foreigner said did you read all terms. I stated the only I saw was the no further obligation statement. Somehow they managed to add other products, that I selected as not interested-while trying to checkout?! Very misleading?!

Advertisement stated you could buy 4 bottles for 39.95 and immediately deducted 204.00 plus additional charges x 2 for 7.95. Order never indicated the total and then gave a receipt for 220.51. Called and cancelled purchase. Assured money would be refunded over multiple emails. Did not receive a refund after 10 days, called and received "verification" email of refund. Said it would take 3 days. It is now day 5 and there is nothing. This company is bogus and ripping people off.

My bank said they would provide a statement showing nothing has been received. I’m feeling like the error lies in the reimbursement from your end. I would like proof from your end as there is an error somewhere. I can show you my transactions and deposits. The bank will not do a three way call. Should I just do a fraud claim? I’m not wanting to do that but I’m not getting anywhere.

The charges were refunded on the 9th of OCT, it should be processed within 3-5 business days.

I’m very sorry but my bank is showing that nothing has been deposited to my account. Only a deduction and not a refund. Please advise. The money was taken out in the ninth but not refunded. Please tell me how long it may take? Is it up to ten days? I am counting the holiday on the 14th, perhaps it will take that long? That means ten days would mean it would hit the account on the 24th.

I do respect any legal action you want to do for the charges.But please do understand that we dont have any controlled with the shipment.Still your going to receive the package.However I'll go ahead and process refund

I ordered a trial of CBD oil for $39.95 and within hours this company charged my credit card $20194, I immediately cancelled the order and was told my refund was successfully processed on 3/18. It’s now 4/18, NO REFUND NO RESPONSES TO MY EMAILS, they actually told me that I should go to the post office and try and find the letter since they have no tracking on regular mail, I’ve called countless times and get the same bulls***.
