Reclamo por no entrega de orden # 1246

Quiero respuestas o devolucion de el dinero gastado en la compra de un kit de herreamientas con un valor de 25 dolares. Que me canse de reclamar, atendiendome siempre un tal Jordon Scott, mi compra fue hecha el 3—5—2021 bajo en n° # 1246 y jamas me dieron n° de seguimiento. Pero por lo que estoy leyendo mas arriba parece una estafa, y el estafador es Jordon Scott. Espero una solucion

El 14.Abril.2021, compré desde Chile, el producto Multilayer Rotating Kitchen Shelf 4F, con cargo a mi tarjeta crédito. Me llega la confirmación de compra Orden Nº 2025 prometiendo el envío a la brevedad. El 23.Abril pregunté el estado de mi compra y me respondieron que dermoraría entre 35 - 40 días, firmando el correo Jordon Scott, [email protected]. El 05.Junio al preguntar nuevamente por el estado de mi envío y decirles que no puedo ingresar a la pag. web, me responde la misma persona disculpándose, dándome una nueva dirección web (Giantnebulaa.com) la que tampoco existe. Finalmente, el 01 de julio solicito la anulación de mi compra y el reembolso total del dinero pagado, aduciendo incumplimiento en el envío de lo comprado y de la pérdida de mi confianza con esa empresa. Como respuesta me dicen que han tenido problema técnicos con el sitio web y por la pandemia han tenido tanta demora. Hasta la fecha no ha habido solución a esta situación y no he recibido nada de nada. Son unos estafadores!.

Hice una compra el 13 de abril de 2021; la que fue confirmada por mail y con el Nº de Orden 2025. Después de varios correos en que me daban explicaciones por la demora en la recepción del producto y escudándose en problemas por la pandemia para mantener mi confianza, hasta que solicité la anulación de mi compra y el reembolso de mi dinero, dejaron de responder mis mensajes y por supuesto hasta la fecha no me ha llegado nada. Son unos ladrones profesionales.

This website is selling cheap products from China. That’s not the scam. The thing is they hijack other advertisements by using some app to creat accounts on social media to comment on other people ‘s ad saying they recommended giantnebula.com because of cheaper price. They are doing this so they don’t have to spend money on ads. That’s messed up and not fair. This website need to shut down. They somehow only target any ads have half million views and their robot accounts will comment in the ads saying they recommend giantnebula.com. Please stop this.

This is an online shopping store that appeared in Instagram or Facebook feed. I am unable to recall whether it was an advertisement or a comment on an advertisement. Anyway, I purchased an item on this website. I should have received a tracking number within 24 hrs as stated but never did. A little more than a week went by, I attempted to get an update on my shipment, which there was none. I sent an email to their support email address: [email protected] which came back as ‘address not found’. There was no address, no phone number to verify and contact. As I tried to look up reviews about this online company, there were none. That’s when I knew this was a scam. Contacted my bank regarding the charge and replaced my bank card ASAP.
