In all 3 of my purchases, I ordered the Deluxe or Premium version of the bouquet. In all 3 instances, they were delivered the cheapest version of each arrangements. I would have never known except my first 2 orders my friends sent a photo by text with a thank you. On my last occasion for my daughters birthday. I chose the Premium version plus added fees for expediting so it would arrive in the am. It arrived after 5 pm. I called them on the discrepancies each time and they apologized and gave me a credit. That is not the point! I expect to get what I ordered. After they did first 2 times I thought surely they would not pull that again. But they did!! Each time I have to take time out of my day to rectify the matters. Hardly worth their offer of credits! I have photos of how each bouquet was to look and how they looked when I delivered. I have them on email and on my phone and could deliver them upon request. I honestly don't want to take the time to transfer photos, etc. I just want people to be aware of their scam and be sure they check with the recipient of flowers to be certain they got what was ordered.

My 12 year old granddaughter was injured this past Saturday and had to undergo surgery on Monday. I ordered flowers/balloon to be delivered to her hospital room on Monday 6/5/23. Total (including extra fees to MAKE SURE she received it that morning $69.08. Imagine my disappointment when she called me yesterday, 6/6/23, and when asked about her flowers she told me they never arrived. I called customer service rep (who speaks English with such a heavy accent that I cannot understand her well) and was put on hold while this rep called the flower shop. The line was busy and apparently, that's the end of the customer service because despite being told I'd hear by the end of the day via email, I've heard nothing. I reordered the flowers/balloon yesterday morning to be delivered to her home. Again, I paid all the extra fees - I did use the $12.19 'credit' from the day before, for a new total of $65.33. I waited all day for these to be delivered in the 4 hour period which I paid extra for. Nothing. An email arrived last night after 7PM telling me the order AGAIN was not delivered. No failing on my part, the girl was at her home all day long. No reason given. They didn't deliver or attempt to deliver. I am out a total of $134.41 with a 12 year old grandchild that STILL has not received any flowers.

I paid ****** for flowers to be delivered. The delivery was ***** and to have same day delivery was an extra ****. They have promoted that deliveries are made within 4hours (advertised). 7 hours passed, no flowers. I called and while on the phone I received an email that the flowers were delivered and they weren’t. No flowers!

I received multiple prompt emails ensuring my delivery instructions would be passed to driver, and confirmation emails detailing when the flowers were “delivered.” The business is wrongly displayed as being located in Ventura. They took my money and never delivered the flowers.
