Order red XXL,delivered white medium...35 euros bye bye .wish to spend all your money in doctors and have cancer mother[censored]ers

I ordered for 4 shirts. Over $80.00 and it says it was delivered but I got nothing. I have been dealing with this over months. I ordered this before losing a job because of covid.

AWFUL customer service! I order 2 large shirts received 2 medium shirts. The expect me to ship the items back at my expense. I asked for a return. They will only give me $15. The items cost $43.98. HORRIBLE! I have been dealing this this issue for 2 weeks with DAILY emails. They are out of a foreign country which is obvious by the broken English in the emails. "Best Regards, Aurora" DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Well my story is similar to the stories above. I even checked them out first. I spent $58. and they keep trying to offer me $5. then $7 and they said that if I insist on a refund that it will hurt them very much. I'm picturing slaves making these clothes and now I'm wondering if I should just chalk it up to a life lesson and just look at it as if I gave to charity and walk away?

Definitely a scam. It took about a month to get my order. When I finally got my order(for my GF) it was nothing like how it looked in the pictures. To get a refund I need to ship it back to China. This is only possible because I used PayPal.

I’m having the same issue with this company. I ordered 14 items, and received 10 of them, all either too small or the wrong color. The fabrics felt so cheap they could rip like paper. When I emailed to return them, they told me they could refund me 3 dollars. I’m still emailing back and fourth with this company. Jerks?‍♀️

Prior to ordering I had looked up this company and found good reviews but it is all a scam. They must write their own reviews and delete the bad ones. I had placed the order on April 5 spent total of $79.01. A week went by in which I did not receive any information as if it is on its way. I emailed the customer service to ask about the order and if it took over a month to please cancel my order. The rep said to be patient, so I did. Today is June 1 and I am still missing 3 product. The product that I did receive (all individually sent) was made with cheap materials, nothing what the pictures show so I already know that the three items will not be any better. I asked for a refund if it has not been sent but I get the same response of please be patient. The tracking number does not even work. SO anyone that is looking up their review DO NOT buy. Poor service with crap quality!

I ordered 8 items from Flow Season for a total of $163+ dollars. I ordered them according to their sizing chart (Im normally an XL, I ordered 2XL to be on the "safe" side), and when I received the items not a single item fit me. They were more like size medium. I couldn't even try most items on! When I inquired about sending the items back I was asked to provide pictures of the items in their original packaging, which I did. Then I was told that I should keep the items and use them as gifts and that they would send me $3 as compensation for my inconvenience. I told them I ordered the items for me and not for gifts and that I wouldn't gift them to anyone else because they were such cheap and poor quality clothes. Well, I thought they meant $3 per item; but no, they meant $3 of my entire purchase! They did eventually offer me $20 to keep the items but I declined again...I spent over $160 on their website! $20 is an insult! They told me that if I wanted a full refund that I would have to pay out of my own pocket for shipping and handling and that they are an international company so this would be very expensive. I told them that they needed to disclose this information on their website because their customers know they are gonna be robbed. Ive never dealt with such a crooked and disgusting company.

I ordered products that were never sent by the business or received by me. When I used the tracking feature in my confirmation email, there was no parcel by that tracking number. When I reached out via email (no other means of contact offered), they were able to magically find the tracking info through another website that claims it was delivered. They did not offer to resend the package or offer a refund.

I ordered 5 shirts in which I never received. I did received two shirts from the company but nothing that I ordered or close to what I ordered. One was skinnier by 3 inches through bust (According to their measurements) and was obviously the wrong color when I ordered white and got an ugly pink. The other shirt that was ordered ended up being a tent! Was supposed to be 38 bust bust was a bust of 50 in. So I stated I at this point if the other clothes are going to look like this I would like to cancel/refund my whole order since this was ridiculous. As resolution I was told I could keep the clothes and “gift” them to someone else that they would give me a $3 refund ($87.65 purchase). I responded by saying I was purchasing these clothes for myself to HAVE clothes not to gift to someone else and $3 was ridiculous. So they stated that could do $10 refund with sending the clothes back but I would have to pay shipping and that it would be a hassle. Also took me 4 more emails to get the return address out of their “customer service”.

I came across a post on social media for clothes. So I reviewed and found some that I was interested in

I then placed the order on or about march 20th to march 22

I then placed order for 125.00 canadian which brought to $173.78

I recieved order number # flow3626

And also tracking number

I then waited weel and tried to look up my tracking number and was shocked to see cant find

I then proceeded to contact the company and they to said cant find

I gave them order number

Tracking number and same thing they said find

At which time I got upset and said i wanted phone number

They informed me that they dont have one

I asked where located again wouldnt divulge

It's not a month since placed order and I haven't recieved my order and or my money back
