This site is posing as FashionNova. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. Report number 169773927. This happened to me twice. 2/14 ESHOPPINGSTYLISHLH HONG KONG HKGS384045391473499

1/19 SHOPLIFESTYLELUS 568-6780825 CAS464019047224671. I disputed both these transactions to my bank.

I ordered merchandise from what I thought was fashion nove on November 24 it took 33 days to finally see delivered but no merchandise not by my porch or in my mailbox I'm so disappointed I emailed them no response

I ordered merchandise on the day of Thanksgiving the order took thirty three days I finally said delivered but it wasn't delivered I emailed them they never responded

Paid for clothes online in March. Here it is May and items never received and unable to obtain refund. No customer service department to speak with.

they’re not a complete scam but i’ve had one prior experience when i had to wait two months and when i finally decided to reach out to them asking where my order is, it magically came the next week (idk but it sounds like they never got to it and just forgot about an order) and on top of that if you buy an item it still could possibly be out of stock and so instead of refunding your card they give you a gift card instead of your money back. oh and they steal their ideas from other small black creators and don’t give credit or pay their sweatshop workers enough money ? so just don’t support this company at all

Purchased a ten item order from fashion nova and NEVER received an item nor when I called could they do anything and told me to take it up with laser shipping; all of which would not release information to me pertaining to said package and delivery.

I bought 8 items from FashionNova. I emailed them a couple of times to ask about order updates, I was told it was a “delay”... that was the only email I got from them after that it was basically radio silence. They just flat out ignored me, and even deleted their entire customer service email and shut down their customer service hotline. I still have no idea what’s going on with my purchase of over $100 dollars. Their customer service lines are down completely and they’re now just saying my order “doesn’t exist”. I was shocked (as they have never done this before) but I went to their customer support twitter page and saw other people going through the exact same issues. I just want my order back or a refund...

I placed an order at the beginning of July and spent over $100 to get free two day shipping. This order has not processed since I placed it. I have tried contacting the company to receive a refund and cancel the order or change the shipping address. I continue to get automated emails and no help. I feel like my money has been stolen and around he holidays this is an awful time to be scammed by a website with false advertisement
