I was contacted initially by a Raquel Bradley regarding the opportunity, then, a Jeff Castillo; both by email only.

The emails had an impressive letterhead, a very professional appearance. The website I used to track the packages was called "Control Panel".

Every few days I'd receive a package, document it for the sender, and sent it to the customer with a prepaid shipping label. I was told I'd be paid $40 per package, and a $75 per package with which I'd need to travel to retrieve.

One package even required I use a notarized letter to pick up the package. Seemed entirely legit until the Control Panel website stopped automatically informing me via-email of any messages received on the Control Panel before my last package fully sent.

I later asked when information about my probationary period and payment would be received, and I was told I'd get a letter in the mail.

It was then I did the research I should have done before attempting this in the first place.

contacted via email with the opportunity of employment making good money for 2 or 3 hours a day in work but this is a scam there are websites just like it with the exact same stuff on it but with a different header. The other business is a known scam and its not worth the headache.

If you recieve any emails from Maria Montano or Josefina Riley regarding employment for a Quality Assurance Management position allowing you to make almost $55k a year to inspect goods for Amazon or any other company. It is a scam. They have no website and are not registered with BBB.

I seen that this so called job was hiring and I needed work, it seemed legit until I read up in the business. They ask for all your personal information, then say you have the job. You get items shipped to you and your supposed to ship them back and then you get paid. But you never actually talk to anyone other then over emails and they never answer the phone.

Type of a scam Employment

This "company" tried to hire me for a job position as a Quality Control Associate. They made a claim that I would inspect orders, take them for delivery, and then make a profit from that. I selected to have my email address (for paypal) to initiate the payment. They also asked for my Drivers license. They made the company look very professional and legitimate enough for me to believe it was real. They started me on a "Probationary Period". Meaning I would be receiving packages in the mail and I would have to send them in. After I told them to drop me from my probation period, they stated that they could not until I finalized the packages. I sent back one package and another shows its on the way. When I told them to stop, they threatened me with a message stating someone would then be coming by to collect the packages as it is company property. This is a very bad scam and should be taken very seriously. Maria Montano is the name of the female.
