Good afternoon,

I contacted Ebay customer service Friday (1/14/22) evening after I tried to redeem the $200 Ebay gift card on Thursday afternoon (1/13/22) @ 14:26:46. I scratched off the redemption code to pay for an item and recieved a red exclamation point for the $200 (my other Ebay gift cards worked fine) I have never had a problem with Ebay gift cards and was confused. I immediately contacted Ebay customer service. Upon speaking with an Ebay representative I was told I purchased a spoofed gift card and was told to email [email protected] with the following information:

Address of store purchased at: **** S. St******* I have contacted my credit card company to refute the charge as well. I am sick to my stomach over this. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I have attached images of the receipt, gift card activation and gift card.
