DIRECT MARKETING- CONTINUITY SUBSCRIPTION Reports & Reviews (4)

I ordered one book. That's all I wanted. Now they have me subscribed and are taking money out monthly. This is crap and wrong

Has taken 297.00$ in 3 months. I want to cancel with total return of money.

This company advertised weight loss pills on TV and provided a web site. I PURCHASE NOT subscribing to anything but to purchase the vitamins and I noticed on the same credit card I used for my purchase I was charged later for an ebook $29.97 and $88.97 for a monthly subscription WHICH NOWHERE did I sign up for knowingly unless it was hidden in their "terms and conditions" fine print. Beware!!! This company is selling for other merchants and it is COMPLETELY fraudulent!!! My credit card co. will not reverse it because when they contacted the direct marketing company they said I got free items (which i did not) and consented to their terms and conditions for a subscription. Even though I was VERY Well hidden. The only way I can insure they don't continue to charge me I closed that account and the CC co. reissued a new card.

Free sample of Dermasoft wrinkle remover and Purecell eye therapy sold by Direct Marketing Continuity/subscription Merchants. Advertised on cell phone as free offer with just 4.95 shipping. I only ordered the wrinkle remover but at check out noticed they added the eye therapy for another 4.95. I figured okay $10.00 is not a bad price to check out. I ordered and paid. After a week of use saw there was no difference to what I already use so did not order any more ( I thought). I look at my account and 89.95 was charged for face cream and another 89.95 for eye cream charged to my checking acct as a recurring check card purchase from Direct Continuity/Subscription Merchants in 2 different states. I called each location and they told me the product was a sample for 16 days and I did not call to cancel they were charging the 89.95. No where on this ad did I read this policy. I would never have purchased 2 samples for 89.95 each. What can I do???? Help????
