Credit Fix Reports & Reviews (8)

I went online to apply for a few job offers, while online I got a pop up. a site popped up saying that I could claim my offer for a $200 Nike gift card, but only if I answered a few survey questions. So I humored them for a moment, when it asked me if I had some credit issues, and if I wanted to find out what my credit score was, I clicked on yes. The site denied my request because the debit card number I gave them only had a dollar and some change on it. So then they proceeded to start contacting me by phone, the man told me it had been denied, and I told him there was nothing else I could do. Being that I know that there are scammers out there just dying to get your info so they can screw you, I refuse to give them my actual card number so that they can get in there and take all my hard earned money. These people have been trying to contact me everyday, several times a day ever since, sending me phone messages, voice mails too, but I just keep ignoring them. I don't believe that they are a legit company. Can you help me BBB?

These people are calling me daily, several times a day usually. They want to give me 'better credit on my rental property'. These people are relentless and have been calling for nearly a month now.

Called me after I searched internet for credit counseling agencies. Wanted my e-mail address and SSN. I did not give him my SSN. I called the BBB.com to find out the company's rating and was told no info was found.

Company posing as CreditFix sent a text message to the parent of child. Stating it was a followup about credit repair options, and to call this number, when the parent called back.. the person on the other end repeatedly asked could they be heard.. the victim did not respond in the positive.. instead said "I can hear you".. they continued to try and get more information from the victim, as well as constantly asking if they could hear them each time they came back from putting the victim on hold. Victim claims at one point they said "ok, that is fine" but is unsure if this will be sufficient for the scammer to use the recorded information as a confirmation.

Got phone call from a Tucumcari number; 575-205-1377. She said they were a research something?? and I will earn a $200 prepaid card by participating in brief survey. I agreed to a brief question survey. It was more of a search for use of your benefit's, ex: Have you or anyone in your household been ---? whatever..told you have diabetes...! A female voice, press 1 for yes and be directed to...or press 2 for the next section. As it went on I kept hitting #2' but at offer of help with credit score I said OK..#1. Got a great guy said he is Michael, lots of encouragement. And all for only $12.99. I don't have any credit cards so stated I had to purchase a prepaid card. This after I gave all my info to get my credit report! He was to call me at 3:00 but did not. I called a number he said was the Service Dept., 855-539-2175, not available! I had another on my phone, 888-783-4550. Said "campaign has ended, your number has been added to do not call list".. Then " This call is terminated. I gave no money, but gave ALL OF MY INFO! Just feel scared now and stupid.

Upon answering the phone the individual identifies himself as James and then asks "can you hear me"! After I said "yes" I remembered the reported "can you hear me" scam. I called them back numerous times, but, they disconnected each call.

Today, 1/27/2017 I got a call from this number. I said hello twice then this person asked "can you hear me now". I said, "yes". (Fatal mistake. Right?) He said he was calling this number because someone had applied for a loan or a credit fix. I told him "No. No one from this number ever did". He was really annoyed and just said goodbye.

Found CreditFix on Facebook, filled out all pertinent information except direct deposit. I asked where their home office was located at so that I can do a search through the ScamPulse.com and I didn't get a response. This "company" is trying to get people's banking information without ever explaining how much you get paid an hour/call.

www.jobs.creditfix.com is the website that I went to.
