I have no doll or response to emails

I have repeatedly emailed this company and received no response I have no tracking number at all. The only emails I get are always the same adds to buy more stuff which pisses me off because they put about your order and it’s nothing but more offers

I had ordered a doll from this site for a loved one was supposed to receiving a quality reborn doll.
The first photo is what we were buying an the last two photos are what we received in the mail.

I paid $90.99 for a doll I was do excited for and when arrived in was in complete shock it was a dollar store doll that I could've gotten for less than $5 but I was scammed out of $90.99 dollars that I can't ever get replaced. I emailed them and they said its was the doll I ordered has the same facial structure as the one that was pictured and that I need to buy different clothes for it and I demanded my money back or the actual doll I ordered but they said I could keep it and be refunded only $30. This company in my honest opinion needs shut down there scamming people like myself out of money we barely have

How did you reach them I ordered doll and I received no tracking number I have emailed at the email I had for them numerous times and I have gotten no reply at all I got a confirmation email of my prefer but no doll as of yet

I ordered a realistic doll but what I got was a cheap knockoff that smells funny. The realistic doll cost $64.99 and was supposed to be silicone and look like a real baby, like the Ashton Drake Dolls. What I received was a dollar store baby doll made of plastic and there is no hair. This is NOT what I ordered. The companies return policy is to send it to an address in NJ. Which per the ScamPulse.com is an undeliverable address. And "IF" they approve your return then they will refund your money. There is NO phone number to call and NO good address to send the product back to. I see reviews on this company, now, and only wish I would have seen them before I made my purchase. They should not be allowed to do business.

I ordered 2 reborn dolls for Christmas. They came late and they were plastic dolls. I paid $101.98. The company offered me $10, then $15. I paid $25 to send them from the post office with tracking number to get full refund. This place is a scam,do not trust.
