I DID NOT apply for a job with Chelsea Nova Health on Indeed.com however I did receive an email from "Chelsea Donovan" stating that her HR desk had meticulously combed my resume and shortlisted me for a position. Etc, etc, etc...
The format of the email is the first of many red flags. The email continues with the same instruction regarding a wire.com account for a virtual interview with Mrs. Kayla Jones. RED FLAG...(Mrs?)

There was an attachment included titled "ChelseaNova Health, Inc. Online & Virtual Assistant Briefing." This is where it becomes ridiculous. In the ABOUT US section; it states (and I quote) "ChelseaNova Health, is a medical and tele-health company founded in 2016. We are an established healthcare agency who have been in business for almost 10 years." Seems to me its more like 5 years. But this mistake coupled with every paragraph in this 2 page "assistant briefing" being of different font and font sizes, reflects a poorly executed cut and paste job.

Who else needs to be notified of these predators preying on innocent unemployed perhaps somewhat desperate job seekers?. I can see how somebody, in a state of desperation might fall for this crazy crap. The scammer sends out this email to 100 people a day. It takes only one sucker to provide their "direct deposit" info, And BOOM Suckers account is drained dry...any amount of money is a win to the bottom feeder scammers. It's disgusting that there isn't a more efficient means of stopping this madness.

I experienced this same issue that the above have stated. I received an email from a which came from a Chelsea Donovan and the email was stated that it was from Jeffrey Denova in the body of the letter. I was told to go to their secured interview wire app to do the interview. I thought that it was weird form the beginning to do the interview through chat. It was done by the same "Kayla Jones" which she had multiple account with the name spelled different ways. It took all day to do the process as she would take 30-40 mins to respond to the message. Another weird thing was that she wanted name and address of references and I refused. The more I spoke with her the more the red flags popped up. This was all during today and she said that I would hear back tomorrow. I always research companies, especially when I have never heard of them. When I pulled them up, the website looked like a child had did it. So glad that I read this site reviews. It just sealed my suspicions. Will not be responding to them again. The position was the digital health coach/virtual assistant. If you come across this company and position on indeed, RUN FAST!

Scam Description

I applied for a job via Indeed.com for a health coach position at ChelseadeNova Health Inc. I received an email 1 month later from Jeffery Denova indicating I was shortlisted for an interview. I completed the interview with a person called Kayla Jones, via an app (app.wire.com) that I was directed to setup an count with in the interview email. My interview was on a Friday and i was offered the job on the following Tuesday. There was an official offer letter and they requested that I complete an employee information form, w4 and direct deposit. The offer letter mentioned that I would be connected with the operations supervisor -Shelly Mole. Something felt fishy from thevery beginning. So, I started to search for more info on the company and there wasn't much to find. I did come across other people describing the same experience that I had. Their website says they are located at 54 Cook St. Denver, CO 80206.

I was excited about an opportunity that I read about through Indeed. I applied for a Digital Health Coach position listed by this company. I liked what I read, and the pay seemed to be enticing (almost too good to be true - $90,000 to $120,000). They contacted me fairly quickly, within a few days, if I remember correctly, via email, stating I had been shortlisted and to download an app called Wire, just like the other posting on this website mentioned. They stated that I should connect with their hiring manager Kayla Jones to conduct an interview. The interview was conducted late in the evening, I had to wait several minutes for replies, & what kind of made me concerned, was that this Kayla Jones asked me the same question twice, which confused me, because I had answered it in detail. The excuse that was given was that it was late in the evening (even though I was on 11:30 pm Eastern Time, and supposedly she was in Colorado, so 2 hours earlier). I also checked out their website, and for the company that they are portraying to be, the website seems REALLY simple and cheaply constructed. ALSO, in the "About Us" section, they have three practitioners, with names that all begin with Sam, or Sammy, or Samantha - hello? This smells more fishy than 3-week old salmon left out on the counter. I also called the phone number that was listed on their website, twice, and was not able to get ahold of anyone. Run. And don't waste your time.

I had applied through indeed.com and had to download an app called wire. I had an interview with Kayla Jones which lasted around 5 hours because it consisted of just messaging. I then got a job offer (which I accepted) and filled out a W-4. I then got connect with Shelly Mole where her English was “off” (Kayla Jones English was off as well). Her grammar and spelling did not fit for her portraying to have an MBA. She asked for a wire transfer, money order, or cashiers check to obtain equipment starting with buying a iPhone and iPad needed for the job. I searched the pictures that Shelly Mole used as her profile picture and got a women named Emily on LinkedIn. I called the BJC Healthcare company asking to speak to Emily and I got transferred. I let her know through voicemail that her picture is being used as fraud. Below are screen shots of the conversation.

I applied for a Digital Health Coach position listed by this company on Careerbuilder. This posting is also listed on multiple other sites. They contacted me 3 weeks later via email stating I had been shortlisted and to download an app called Wire. They stated that I should connect with their hiring manager Kayla Jones on there to conduct the interview. The interview started late, there was a lot of times where it took 10-20 mins between chats and it was all done via chat. I actually ended the interview after 30 mins once I realized it was a scam. They had asked me no questions about the position or my background at that point

Applied to a job on Indeed.com as a health coach. I got an email saying I had been shortlisted and wanted to schedule an interview right away. They wanted me to sign up on app.wire.com to connect and do an interview. I thought the "interview" was very strange, was conducted by someone by the name of Kayla Jones. The job description I was given was completely different than the job description I applied to. The interview lasted over two and a half hours because the wait time between being asked questions through a text message format was very long. The next day Kayla Jones messaged me on that app and said she was getting some information for me and that HR was very impressed. She said I was hired and I would receive an email and I was to follow instructions. I received the email and the whole thing just seemed very fishy, lots of red flags everywhere including the unusually high pay and wanting me to purchase computer equipment from "their vendor" I did not send them any personal information and contacted the Secretary of State for Colorado where their address was. They have no record of this company. I researched the website and it was registered in Montana. I checked with the Secretary of State there and again, no record of that company. I noticed a variety of job listings on Indeed and other employment sites for this company.

I applied for a job on Indeed.com for a Video Editor position at ChelseaNova Health. I received an email on June 7th inviting me to an interview. I completed the interview with a person named Scott Carson, via Wire App. My first and second interview took place over this application via chat, not video or audio. I was given the job on the 14th by phone call by Chris Helt, the HR Director. That day I received a message on Linkedin from a Jessica Morrison about being my potential supervisor. Later that day, I was asked to pay for potential equipment I would be needing for the job and to send the payment to them. I told them I would need to figure that part out and get back to them. The next day on the 15th, I get the EXACT same message Jessica Morrison sent me on LinkedIn from someone called Cassandra Hughes, word for word, even the grammar incorrections. Instant red flag. I reversed image searched her profile picture and it was somebody else's picture. Did the same thing for Jessica, Scott, and Chris and each one was someone else's picture. These people were not who they were claiming to be. I shut down all contact and reported what I could to Indeed and LinkedIn.
