After talking with him for a bit and him just going over the new rate and applying it to my cards, he transferred me to another man. The other man started out nice then turns the conversation to say that he will ACTUALLY be paying off all my credit cards then moving them to a card he provides. I contested this immediately. He said it is already in progress and he will transfer all balances plus charge me a $500 fee. I then started telling him that I do not agree. Please remove me. He talks over me, calls me stupid, again tells me that it is already done and there is nothing I can do. Then he hangs up on me. When I called the number back: not in service.

Refused to give me name of company, address, refused to let me speak with a supervisor.
Phone call started out with a message saying
They could no longer wait for me to pay my bills and they were sending me to collections.
so I hit the button to talk to someone and he wanted to know what credit cards i had to see if I qualified for lowering the interest rate on my cards.
I gave him nothing. and he went crazy on me. Swearing at me, telling me to go to hell.
When i tried to call the # back it said it was no longer in service. what was strange was he told me he was in Atlanta Georgia but he had the same area code as me and same first 3 digits of my cell #
