I received a phone call from Miami, FL. It popped up as a scam. The phone number in my caller ID was 786-362-8806. I called the number back. They answered Blue Cross. Asked if I got a letter from the state of Ohio regarding Medicare and Medicaid. I did not let them ask for personal information. I hung up before they could ask. I feel this is a scam.

I got an automated call from "Blue Cross/Blue Shield" but it shows up as Alexandr Glllnd. Very suspicious. I did not respond.

He called at 7:00 pm on August 1, 2017. He said he was with Blue Cross Blue Shield. He had a very heavy accent so I had trouble hearing him. He asked if my name was.......and I said yes. He then asked if I was......years old and I said yes. He then said ok, have a nice night.

I received a call and they asked to speak with me by name, they then stated that they were enrolling me in a new program. They said they are going to deliver an electronic device to my home. I called Blue Cross and they stated that this was a not a phone call from their company.

I received a phone call on Feb 10, 2017 at 10:50am. The number was 210-380-8315, the caller ID stated Olvera Guadalup. The caller stated that he was from Blue Cross Blue Shield and that he needed to confirm my information. The Caller had my name, address and email. I explained they could send me something in the mail and I would confirm information in that manner. He pressed. I said it again, he stated that he only needed to confirm information. I told him the caller ID was not Blue Cross and I would not give any information. He made an attempt to confirm my date of birth, it was wrong, he then just gave two other possible dates of birth. I stated that this was not a valid phone call and he hung up.
