I attempted to order flowers from a trusted local shop, when I clicked on the order link, I was unaware that it transferred me to a different site, www.sunnyflowerdelivery.com, where I actually placed the order. My order confirmation came from www.blossomflowerdelivery.com. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on 3/9/2024. About 2 hours after the order was placed, the company called both me and the recipient of the gift to tell us that the vendor we requested the flowers from could not complete the order, and they would like to switch us to a different flower vendor, but would need an additional $50. Then later, they lowered that to $25, and requested credit card information over the phone - specifically over the phone.

Instead of upcharging for same day delivery, we set a different delivery date, 3/11/2024. At the end of the day on 3/11/2024, I contacted the company to find out why the order had not been delivered, and they stated that in order to deliver the product that I had spent $92 on, they would still need the $25 and I could call to give them credit card information. I replied that I do not and will not authorize additional charges, and to let me know whether the product will be delivered at the original agreed to and fully paid price, and if it cannot, I would like a refund. I received no further communication from their customer support.

I have since requested a refund through their website, which they are claiming will take 3-5 days for them to process. They have continued to call both me and the recipient to try to authorize the additional charge, and the original Florist (Lake Zurich Florist in Lake Zurich, IL) that I was trying to order from was completely unaware that sunnyflowerdelivery or blossomflowerdelivery were somehow linked to their business at all, and have never worked with them.

I picked a certain product from their site, to have it same day delivery. I believed it to be in Parksville, British Columbia. When it arrived at the person's home, it was a totally different product, missing one other product with it. They charged it on the credit card which ws quoted in canadian dollars but charged it in american dollars on my credit card. After trying numerous times to connect with them to have the right product delivered, which was promised, there has been no follow through.

This whole website is a scam for flower delivery you will pay hundreds or dollars on what is shown on their website as a beautiful flower arrangement but will receive flowers that are not even close to looking the same not even the same size all the reviews on their website are fake if you look at their instagram @blossomflowerdelivery ALL the comments say this website is a scam

Ordered flowers but were never received by the recipient. Contacted customer support who said that the flowers were delivered. Never received again. Trying to contact customer service to remedy and chat says that they are working on the ticket.

Placed online order from "Blossom Flower Delivery." Appeared to be normal process for selection and checkout. Next day received voicemail, text, and email indicating "We are writing to inform you that we are experiencing a problem with our supplies as we did not receive the necessary deliveries. To avoid further delays, we have decided to have the items made by our partner florist. Unfortunately, this has resulted in an additional cost of $40.00, but as compensation, we have rendered our profit for this order. We only need an additional $20.00 to proceed. We greatly appreciate your business and are eagerly awaiting your response." At that point I knew I had been scammed. I responded via text that I was cancelling order and wanted a full refund. Then I checked the phone number from the text (971-257-5667) which was different from call/voice mail (877-414-7903) and discovered several other people with the same or similar issue.

I placed a same day delivery order on Friday, February 23rd, 2024 and paid $6 extra for delivery before 1pm. At about 3pm, the company reached out to me saying that they needed an active phone number for the recipient (which I had provided in the order). They texted the recipient saying that they needed an active phone number to deliver the flowers. They said that they couldn't deliver the flowers that day (the 23rd), but assured me that they would be delivered the next day.

I called Blossom flowers back on the night of Saturday February 24th, 2024 after I talked to my mother in law, who never received any flowers. The customer service representative told me that the delivery company reported that the delivery had been completed. I told them that no delivery was made, and I asked to cancel my order. They told me that no one was there who was capable of cancelling my order and that I would have to wait until Sunday morning to cancel. In the meantime, they said that they would reach out to the delivery company and ask them to provide proof of delivery and put a note on my file that I was looking to cancel my order. If the delivery company couldn't provide proof of delivery, they would proceed with my refund. They initiated a refund for $6, which was the expedited service fee, since the delivery didn't happen on Friday.

I called back right when they opened on the morning of Sunday, February 25th, 2024 and asked to cancel my order. They told me that since the order had been processed and was marked as delivered, they couldn't cancel it. They said they had to wait 48 hours (until the night of Tuesday February 27th, 2024) to give the delivery company adequate time to provide proof of delivery. They said that if the delivery company could not provide proof of delivery, my refund would be processed. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager in the building, but I was assured that there was a note on my file saying that I wanted the order to be cancelled and that I wanted a manager to call me back as soon as possible.

I called back on Monday February 26th, 2024 asking to speak to a manager. I was told that there were none in the building but was assured that one would call me back in the next 24 hours. I never received a call from a manager.

They called me back on Tuesday, February 27th, 2024 to tell me that they had no further updates for me and were still waiting to hear from the delivery company.

I called back Thursday, February 29th, 2024 (6 days after placing the order) and when I asked to speak to a manager right away, the woman who I was speaking with, named CJ, told me that she was in charge. When I asked for a refund because my order was never delivered, she told me that they were still waiting to hear from the delivery company and had reached out to them numerous times but hadn't heard anything. She said that they could not process my refund until they heard from the delivery company. I told her that this is not acceptable and that I did not want to wait any longer for my refund. I told her that I had been told that the delivery company had 48 hours to respond and provide proof of delivery, and since this time had passed, they needed to initiate my refund. After placing me on hold multiple times and apparently talking to her colleagues, she told me that they would process my refund of $87 and it would get to me within 2 to 6 business days.

This company has made many promises to me this past week and the only one they have kept is that they did refund me the $6 expedited service fee. I doubt that I will actually be refunded, and I truly think this company is a scam, especially after reading other reviews online from people who had similar experiences.

On 2/26/24: Ordered sympathy plant basket, never received. Called the 877-414-9703. They have an automated message that kept delaying the delivery date. Was not received on the postponed date 2/29/24. She projected now the delivery date would be 3/2/24. She offered me a $5 credit when I told her I wanted to cancel. The representative, Myra Marquez, asked for my bank statement if I do not receive the refund. This raised a red flag for me. She told me her “local shop in Kenai” did not pronounce the city (Kenai, Alaska) that she claimed to live in. (Another red flag to me as the locals pronounce it with a long e as in Keeneye) she would not provide an address or phone number of her florist shop, stating they do not want walk-ins. She canceled the order but could not provide me any cancellation reference number when I asked for that. Instead, she told me to send her my bank statement if I do not receive the refund in 6 days, so she can process it!! Uh…NO! Definitely a red flag. Checked BBB, they get an F rating and there were over 800 complaints just like mine.

They do not have people you can talk to. There is an AI bot that sends emails and keeps pushing the delivery date of the flowers ordered. It’s been impossible to get an answer about my order status or cancel the order and get my money back. This “business” needs to be removed from the internet and is a total scam

I ordered flowers from website to be delivered on a certain day and they were not. I contacted company & they said they were waiting for needed flower supply to arrive & delivery would be next day. I tried to cancel & they said I couldn’t. Flowers weren’t delivered next day & I tried calling & was hung up on after waiting approximately 10 minutes to speak to next available representative. Online customer service couldn’t find my order. They said online they’re #1 florist in Castle Rock, CO (which is where I wanted them delivered) and they’re top florist for 30 years. Apparently they say this for multiple locations, such as Grand Junction, Co & Boise, ID & more.

This is a flower shop that offers flower delivery service. The company takes orders for flowers but does not deliver them. I tried to cancel my order 30 minutes after my purchase and it said I did not have the option to cancel. I reached out to customer service and they would hang up every time they answered the phone. This happened four times. I started chatting with their AI chat and only got answers once I said I was going to report them to the BBB. The chat said they would cancel the order and their billing specialist was going to be in touch but they never got back in contact with me and the AI chat stopped responding. When I check the tracking on my order it says it is still in transit.

Looked like a legit website to order flowers and have them delivered. I called and ordered from 3 different websites. As soon as I paid and got off the phone, they sent me an email stating there isn't a driver/ or the supplies to deliver the flowers that I had ordered to a child's wake. This very same incident happened 2 other times the exact same way. I even verified and asked if they were sure there was a driver to deliver because I felt scammed on the previous 2 orders I had tried to place with other flower delivery services. She placed me on hold to supposedly ask a driver, came back and said yes it would be delivered the next day for sure. We hung up, and immediately I received an email saying sorry they didn't have a driver and I will be refunded 2-5 days.

THE BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY is a SCAM AND THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I ordered sympathy flowers worth $80 on the website. I got an email confirmation informing me my flowers were delivered. I called the recipients to see if flowers were delivered and they were not. After talking with 2 customer service people, I realized I was being scammed. I asked for the business address since they pose as a delivery and store front shop. Customer service rep said "We cannot provide that information" which I thought was really strange. This fake company uses multiple tactics to pose as a true business....

There is no address of the business. There are many reviews and complaints with the same experience. This is not okay, especially when going through a hard time like a death in the family.

Ordered flowers for delivery to las cruces N.M. paid for the flowers as well as an additional fee of 10.00 to insure early Saturday 1-6-24 delivery. A week prior to delivery date I re ieved a text message saying they dont have the materials necessary for the arrangement. They would require 40.00 to pay a partner florest to make the arrangement. They just needed my credit card info to complete the transaction. I asked them to put a balance due on my account and I would pay it off there. This would not work for them, they texted 3 more times requesting my credit card info to pay off the additional funds. They offered to cover half of the additional fees, but still wanted my card info. I tried to cancel the order completely which brought a phone call, and they agreed to send something to the flower recipient next week. I checked the reviews for this company and over 700 customers have been scammed by these people.

I ordered flowers on 11/14/23 to be delivered on 11/17/23. I found out the first of December the flowers were never delivered. I asked for a refund. No refund has been issued. I've gotten the run around multiple times from multiple people.

I ordered flowers on 11/14/23 to be delivered on 11/17/23. I spoke with Myra on 12/7 and asked for a copy of the final invoice to be emailed to me. I then found out the flowers were not delivered. When I asked why they weren’t delivered, she said the exact flowers were not in stock and I should have received an email. I did not receive an email. I also asked for a credit to our account in full. I spoke with someone else on 12/8 but failed to get her name. I hadn't received the email with the copy of the invoice or credit so I requested it again. I asked her to send it to my personal email, [email protected], since we were having difficulty with it coming through my work mail. I did receive the invoice this time and discovered it was for $83.73 rather than $90.23. It was short the $6.50 tip for the driver, but our charge card reflects the total charge of $90.23. She spoke to their finance department and my understanding was I was supposed to receive an email later that same day with the correction and the credit.

On 12/11, I spoke with Ang and asked for the corrected invoice to be emailed to me, as well as the credit. The invoice that was emailed is in the same amount of $83.73. She spoke with the finance department also and told me she would email me the corrected copy, as well. She also said I should be getting an email with the credit information soon. I’m not sure what this means, but I still need a copy of an invoice showing the credit for our finance department.

I have spoken to them on the phone three times now and emailed multiple times. I have a sense of urgency because we are a nonprofit, the flowers were not delivered yet we were charged, there’s a different amount on the invoice and our finance department is waiting on the corrected copy as well as the credit. I also have not gotten answers from the emails I sent and unfortunately, it took several phone calls to get the invoice copy I requested, which was in the wrong amount.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Tried to buy flowers for a funeral, and was called the day of delivery and requested more money for the order that was already paid for. After which they said they would provide an different arrangement of equal value, and we said we wanted what was depicted. They wouldn't offer a refund, we cancelled the order through the website, and when we called back to verify that it had been cancelled, and they ended up without warning putting us on hold indefinitely (>30 min we waited).

I'm not sure if I've chosen the best/correct options to this point, but here is my info. I googled for flower delivery in Kelowna & it popped up options. The one at the top of the list for me was "#1 florist in Kelowna BC", clicked on the link, it says "seving Kelowna for over 30 years" & "delivered by a local Kelowna, BC florist" & showed a map with a pin in Kelowna. I now know I MISTAKENLY thought I was ordering local & realize their wording was actually clues that I did not pick up on. I placed an order, received an online recipt that said $65 (not CDN or USD, just $65 - I have a screenshot), the day the flowers were being delivered I rec'd a text saying that the original bouquet I ordered was not available but they could get another one delivered for a bit more money, had to call in to give them my VISA #, I called & the guy who answered said he needed to transfer me to another person, I then asked are you a local Kelowna co. (as it seemed odd an florist would even have multiple people to deal with stuff) & he said YES. I did the add, the flowers were delivered, the person receiving them texting she had gotten them & they were very lovely. A day or two later I was looking at my VISA statement & I noticed I was overcharged. I called to let them know & the woman who answered said oh no, there was no error, you were billed in USD. I said why would a local Kelowna co. be charging me USD? She said our warehouse is in the States......& then it dawned on me. I'd been duped. I said where does it say USD I never saw that anywhere, she said once you click on a product it then shows in little letters that it is in USD. Not on the front of the website, not on the pictures with original pricing, I didn't see it when I clicked & chose a product, it didn't show up on my receipt. So, at this point, I feel like they are purposefully deceiving people placing orders, takiing business away from actual local florists & chargin in USD. So I emailed the Kelowna chamber of commerce, they suggested I reach out to you. I spoke to one of your reps who said report the business, I said the business is not listed, she said use the scam tracker. So here I am, is there any way to call this company out? Warn other people that the way they've set up their website seems pretty intentional to deceive someone rather than make it clear your actually NOT ordering from a Kelowna BC co.? I hate the thought that I didn't actually get to give my business to someone in Kelowna. And I'm not sure if my voice here can do anything, but maybe there's lots of other people too & collectively our voice might mean something/be able to help someone else from being tricked? I don't know if reaching out to Consumer Matters on Global news might be of any value? Thanks
