My daughter was trying to Purchase a puppy from a puppy breeder we found on line. We have gotten a email from them and we responded. It looked liget so we sent the money. They sent me the travel reservations and tracking info. The travel agent contacted me and said that I have to send them $149 at least that is what I thought, they emailed me and said that I still owe them money so I have to pay for the dog to get shipped. They wanted $1490 and I don't have that. Never got my money back from them. It a scam and they have my money.

I found their Facebook page first and went to the actual website. Everything looks legit and they got all 5 stars review. We have communications through phone and email. I soon as I paid for the pup they told me they will ship the pup. The next morning I realized they never asked for my address yet and like airports near me, then I got the feeling of it’s a scam. Later on I got an email from the ICC SHIPPING LINE asking for $1200 more for the pup’s travel insurance and they will refund it as soon as I got the dog safely. And I was like, hold on, they’re asking for more money now but since day 1 I asked the Breeders what should I pay besides the pups fee and they told me it’s a free shipping. So I called the Breeders, and I’m their defense it’s just a new policy that they weren’t aware of. Looking back on the email, they said that the policy was in effect a week beforehand. After that, I never paid for the $1200 travel insurance and I immediately asked for a refund next thing I know the Breeders telling me that they can not find the dog and now I’m trying to contact and check the status of the dog from icc shipping line and they still have it and on a active status. I was thinking that this icc shipping and dog Breeders are like working together and I didn’t get any response from both of them now.

I could have written any of these reviews. Same thing. Nice website. Michael was so nice but he is a con man. I paid for the dog through Zelle and there is no way to get my money back. Just like the previous review, excuses were made for days as to why the dog was not delivered. Then the insurance scam entered the con. They wanted $1200 for insurance to ship the dog in case he bit someone. PLEASE! I was getting a 1 pound dog! STAY AWAY! No matter what Michael promises u , it is a lie. I wish I had found this sight one day earlier.

I was just scammed out of 1,485.00. Michael, who said he was the sales manager for this company sent me pictures etc of this beautiful Pomeranian puppy. My 9 year old son is devastated and so am I.
I paid the money through cash app. I get a call the next day from a so-called airport, saying that they needed 999.00 for insurance to fly the puppy to me. At that moment knew I had been scammed! I called Michael back, he was rude now instead of being the nice man I talked to before. He blocked me from the cash app so that I couldn’t request my money back. I still haven’t gotten anything from him! PLEASE DO NOT use this fraudulent company!

My mother lost her emotional support dog (toy poodle) in July of 2019. She has been looking to get another one for a while now and finally decided to start looking for another one. She's always had toy poodles, and she decided she was looking for a teacup poodle this time due to some weight restrictions on lifting things. She stumbled upon the Facebook group of this business and then proceeded to link over to their website from Facebook. She found a dog she liked and decided to call the number listed to inquire about the dog and to ask some questions. When dialing the number, she had to state her name, which was the first clue something was off. I am familiar with how Google Voice works and that is definitely what number they were using. If you are a real business, why are you using Google Voice numbers instead of purchasing landlines or real cell numbers?? Anyways, she spoke to a man named Michael (that's what he called himself at least) and asked about the dog she liked. He explained to her that the dog would be $1000 plus an additional $350 for shipping the dog to our local airport. The dog would be flown with a person to our airport and then transported right to our front door. Do good to be true, right? It was. After many more calls and emails with "Michael", my mother was eventually told that the only means of payment they would accept would be CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal. My mother proceeded to pay them $1000 through her Zelle account and asked me to pay them the other $350 from mine since there was a daily limit on how much you can pay. The first time we tried this, they said it didn't go through because they gave us the wrong username to send it to in Zelle. So, they sent us another email to try again. Once they received the money, they told her she would receive an email with tracking and other information for the dog which she did. The email said, though, that they couldn't make the dog fly on the plane without her paying an additional $990 in insurance per some "law" they falsely made up. They told her until the insurance was paid that the dog would just be sitting in the airport waiting for the flight. Again, there are limits on how much money you can send in Zelle and other money apps each day, so she told them this. They said she should just download CashApp and use that after she told them she didn't have any other means to pay until the following day. In the meantime, I called the company that was tagged on the insurance email (which was totally a fake looking email) and inquired about their means of payment. In their email, it said you could only pay the insurance to "Michael" or through Walmart. No other means of payment would be accepted. Once again, if you are a legit company (especially a company dealing with freight shipments) why are you only taking Walmart money orders....??? Guess what I found? Another Google Voice number being answered by another man that sounded eerily like "Michael" or someone with the same accent. Upon asking questions, I let him know I thought he was a scam artist and hung up. I then called the real airline company and asked them their protocols for shipping dogs. Low and behold, he laughed and stated they don't charge insurance to fly dogs and they definitely weren't even shipping any animals at all through airports right now due to the Coronavirus....So, how is the dog sitting at the airport waiting on my mom to pay $990 insurance??? It wasn't. The dog was fake. The business is fake. The "men" running the business are fake. SCAM! I got on the phone with "Michael" once I let my mom in on all the red flags that were happening. I let him know he was running a scam and a fake business and he didn't like that too much and told me "you better not say that ever again"...Real "business like"...He then proceeded to hang up on us and call back a few minutes later saying he had been "disconnected". Upon asking for her money back, he got frustrated again and told her he would "discount" the insurance fees if she would just send him the money..."trust me and send me the money"...If the "shipping company" really needed $990 to ship how can you now offer a discount? Red flag number 100. To top all of this off, my mother, in an effort to try to get over the disappointment, went looking for another teacup poodle. What she found was not shocking. She found the SAME EXACT picture of the dog she was "buying" on a totally separate website (probably fake, too) with a different name and a different price. When she brought this up to "Michael" on his next call, he totally denied it until she sent picture proof of screenshots she had taken. That quieted him down FINALLY and made him "apologize" for all of the confusion and said he would refund her the money if she just "gives him time". Needless to say, we aren't waiting on him. We want no one else to be scammed by him. Save your money. Don't buy dogs online. See them in person and always ask questions.
