Beauty supply pro shop is a scam!!!

I ordered a reclaimed dyson supersonic hairdryer for 219$. As I was checking out I thought it was odd that it didn’t charge tax. I thought wow I got such a good deal on this dyson! I couldn’t wait to get it in. Then it never came! I have contacted them multiple times and have gotten no response.

I purchased one refurbished Dyson hairdryer over six months ago. Although it took ages to ship, it did finally arrive. Decided to order one for my mother for Christmas around November 2021. This time it never arrived and the website is down :(

Ugh, add me to the list of people who got scammed by this. I ordered a refurbished Dyson Airwrap for $342 on Nov 16. Got an email a few days later saying the product had shipped. But it didn’t ship. It didn’t even exist. Website doesn’t exist anymore either. Cancelled my credit card. Sorry to see that others are dealing with this rotten scam as well :(

Purchased a "Dyson Airwrsp Complete Muti-Styler (Refurbished) on November 29th for $379.99. Bank card charged. Original email stated a tracking number will be send in a few days. I was wrapping Xmas presents last night and remembered i had not received Dyson... emailed company requesting tracking number. Now when I click on the original email to "view order" I receive an error message stating "BE BACK SOON... beautyandbarberpro.com is currently unavalable". I noticed there was no phone number so I googled the company and now see they are a scam. I reported the charge to my bank as fraudalant.

DO NOT purchase anything from this website! They will take your money and never send you the product you purchased. I recently purchased a Dyson Airwrap and paid over $200, I waited and waited after they sent me an email saying that it was shipped. I never received anything and the website disappeared. So disappointed.

E-mailed for an ETA multiple times with no response from company. Phone number doesn't work, provided order tracker does not work and now website has changed to not existing.

Purchased a refurbished dyson hairdryer on 11/28/21 and received a confirmation email same day but never received a tracking number, never received the product. Sent emails on 12/03/21 and 12/10/21 with no response. Track package option says order not found. Phone numbers one is disconnected and the other is vm and no call back received.

Same experience as most here. Ordered a Dyson Refurbished Air Wrap on Nov 23, paid $350. It was “shipped” on Nov 25, but I got no tracking number. The Shop app that I use to track all my packages continued to show “Shipped”, still with no tracking number. It got past the 7-10 day delivery period so tried to track my order on the website.. The track orders link went to a “Page not found”. Emailed customer service about the shipping carrier. No response. Definitely a fake, scam website. What’s concerning is that it looked totally legit and was high up on Google results for refurbished Dysons! I disputed the charge on my credit card.

I Googled professional hair dryers to purchase as a gift for a hairdresser. Several options popped up that were $400+. I found what i was looking for which was “refurbished” and cost about half. I was excited so I bought it. I received one email that confirmed my order. I received another a few days later that stated it had shipped. There was no tracking number and the email directed me to two different apps that I could use to track it—but the apps require creating accounts, signing in using Google or Apple or Facebook. I started to use Google but it asked for permission to have access to everything on my Google account so I declined. I tried calling the number they gave me but the automated operator only provided one option to speak to an associate when I pressed 0, it said “please leave a message” and beeped. Not at all how a business phone system would be set up. It says that they have 24/7 support with a little text bubble icon, but I tried to click on it—there is no hyperlink. There was an email address, but again no hyperlink. I called my bank to try to stop payment, but it was already processed. The bank indicated that on the statement they are from Texas (not Wyoming like it says in their website) and there was another number listed. I tried calling that number several times and it was busy every time. Busy! So I went back to the email that said my purchase has shipped and it said I could track it on their page using their order number they gave me (not a tracking number) and when I put in that information it brought me to a page that said I placed the order and that’s as far as it had gone—even though the email says it has shipped. I have sent an email to the company and have received no reply—not even a confirmation thanking me and telling me somebody will be in touch. I placed the order Oct. 30 and it is now Nov. 8. I wouldn’t be particularly bothered about this normally except that none of the contact information is working. And if I actually ever do get the product I ordered, I won’t be able to return it bc it is a refurbished item—and I’m sure it won’t be what I thought I ordered.
