Consumer received a call offering a $9000 government grant. The caller was very difficult to understand. They called last week and again today. They gave me a number to call back 315-875-7969. I did not call the number back. Don't have to pay the grant back. Wanted me to check it out online A R R A or American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. www.obama.net and click on personal grant They wanted to wire the money to me. Consumer knows it is a scam
