Word of warning. Don't buy anything from an outfit called Ali Express. It is a SCAM.

1. They did not send the product I ordered.

2. When I contacted them, I was told that I had to "mark the item as received" in order to file a dispute.

3. I told them that I was not going to mark the transaction as received, because I did not receive it.

4. Then, I received an e-mail that said that if I did not mark the item as received, they would mark it as received "automatically".

5. Once they marked it as received automatically, I was unable to open a dispute, because the transaction was now "complete". .

It's simple: they advertise products, take your money, don't send the products, then refuse to let you open a dispute to get your money back. I did file a dispute with my credit card but I suspect that it will be reversed once Ali Express tells them that the "item was received"

Its diabolical. Imagine how much money they are raking in. And its not a lot of money, it is the principle of it.

I bought a tumbler online. They said it was delivered via fedex. I disputed this. Showed them a photo of my front door and how it did not match the fedex drop off photo. It wasnt delivered in my complex at all. Have not heard anything from them.

I brought a bicycle light from West Biking on Aliexpress.com. I receive it defective. I ask for replacement or full refund. I was only given $13 for refund.

I complained to the store "West Biking" and to "Aliexpress.com". I was not given an answer. I was not given a full refund.

I tried at every attempt to message the staffs at Aliexpress and to the store at Aliexpress.com, and I am not given an answer.

$13.00 from an order of $26.99 is less than half of what I paid for.

I want to file fraud with Aliexpress.com and with West Biking, a store on Aliexpress.com

I placed an order 9/2/2022 for a lace wig from aliexpress i never recieved order number or any information regarding my order the money was deducted out on 9/6/2022 only proof i have is bank statements which I emailed several different reps all claim cant find order but took my money out my account i never get to speak to a rep on phone all via email

On June 7, 2022 I ordered a blue Color Backlight LED Display MP3 Player Flash Support SD/TF Card 32G With FM Radio Digital MP3 Music Player Fashion from AliExpress and it was to come to me from Global Telephone Supplies Store, order number **************. When I checked the tracking site it indicated “Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:32 am on June 16, 2022 in INDIANA, PA 15701.” I never received the product. I do not live in Pennsylvania. My Address is **********************, Florida 32701, not somewhere in Pennsylvania. I have received an email stating that the product was returned to your company, which is it, was it delivered or returned to you? I do not know if I am going to receive the product I ordered. The Tracking number: **************************. I would like the product I ordered resent to my correct address ASAP. I waited long enough for it to be delivered. The telephone number they gave me to call 408 7855580 does not work. If this order is not corrected to my satisfaction I will be telling friends and colleagues NEVER to purchase anything from AliExpress. And, I will put a compliant in with the Federal Trade Commission. At this point I feel I was scammed

I agreed if I settled the dispute, I would get a refund from the seller. I went online to the seller and the following appears: Final Solution: No Refund That is not what I agreed to. I was SCAMMED. Your company is unethical, and I will let everyone I come into contact with let them know.

I have ordered lightbulbs 3 times in recent months and ALL of them had an issue. For example, on my last order I charged over $11 for 6 lightbulbs of 15w each. The package arrived in good condition. I opened it and installed the bulb and just to my surprise it burned out instantly. I repeat the process with another lightbulb and it created a short circuit and immediately got burned out. Finally, I did a video for them so they can send me a refund, and the third lightbulb also created a small short circuit and got burned out too. My father also examined the lightbulbs and he said that they sent me 12v lightbulbs like if we would use 12v instead of 110v in our houses in USA. That is the part where you realize they use deceiving information to sell their products and that is why I think they should be sanctioned.

10/01/2021 I ordered what was listed as a human hair wig on Aliexpress.com. It was advertised as 30 inch body wave lace front 13X4 Human hair wig Brazilian pre-plucked HD loose deep waive wig. I paid 236.74 for the wig. When the wig arrived, the wig and package smelled horrible. I decided to give the product a chance. I washed the wig, conditioned the wig air dried the wig and the smell remained. It smelled like mildew and it didn't go away. After washing the ends began to split and frizz. I tried to fix it by applying a low heat which completely burned the hair. This hair was advertised as human hair, but it clearly wasn't. I've contacted the merchant several times and did not receive a prompt response. When I received a response back on 10/21, I was told they do an extensive quality check and to simply wash it again with conditioner. I was completely unsatisfied with this product and would have been fine with a partial refund, which they originally said they would honor, but then indicated they did not receive my wig shipped back on time. I had the tracking number and couldn't understand what took it so long. I later realized it was being shipped back to China, which I also paid $100 out of pocket. Once they received the wig back, they denied the partial refund indicating I didn't return the product fast enough and that the wig was no longer sellable. I contacted my bank to file a dispute. I lost the dispute due to aliexpress charging back the bank. At this point I am furious. This wig was advertised as a product that it wasn't (human hair) had clear hygienic issues, there is no phone number to call to speak to anyone and it's very difficult to get problems resolved. So now I am without a wig, without $236.74 and out an additional $100.00 to ship it back. This company is a rip off and they take advantage of people, misrepresent their products and products come from unhygienic conditions.

Ordered 40.69 via AliExpress website on 11/08/21 never received product and tracking numbers on shipment not in post office tracking. Called ScamPulse.com this business has no e commerce warehouse in states. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

My Visa Credit card account was charged 4 times by the same amount of $527.88 that my credit union disputed and closed my visa.

I don't know this company but years back I had many disputes with ALI. named companies of wrong product, and fraudulent charges.

Check their Facebook group pages....almost every comment is about someone getting ripped off.

They took $1,600 from me. They don't leave a way to talk to customer service.

I received a notice from my bank of potential charges on my account. I had 5 charges on my account that I did NOT charge. i have never used this business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! Luckily my bank caught it.

This company has been trying to charge bogus charges on my bank account 12 times including 3 attempts today. My.bank keeps blocking them but they show up again the next day.

I wanted to order a trampoline for my sons birthday. I was going to order one on Amazon since I have an account and use Amazon Prime frequently but due to Covid-19, I could not find one that would be delivered before May 30th. So I did a web wide search and found AliExpress and they had a reasonably priced trampoline that was guaranteed to have been delivered by now. Well, none of my tracking info I've been given has been in English until today when I received a notice that my package had been successfully delivered. Except my package is nowhere to be found. When I went on my account to track my package, it says it is in WASHINGTON! That's on the other side of the country. No way to contact anyone by phone and no one is responding to my emails.

AliExpress is a bit like eBay, where it acts as a broker for different sellers. One of the sellers had a store for Micro SD cards and USB drives. I ordered a bunch of SD cards and Flash drives intended for long-term photo storage. After getting them I tested them using F3Read/F3Write (a linux compatible software similar to H3test), and several of the smaller drives (<32gb) were legitimate while all of the larger (128gb) drives were fakes. I know my software was working correctly because it correctly measured known-working SD cards of 128gb, and when I first plugged in the frauds, they showed their size as greater than their nominal capacity (134GB instead of 128gb), which no legitimate drive will ever do. After reporting this to AliExpress and uploading screenshots, they took several weeks to respond and then, with zero additional input from me, sided with the seller and closed the dispute. This is especially frustrating because testing was a slow process, so not only was it a waste of money but a waste of a lot of time trying to prove a fraud. The uninformed victim of a fake flash drive scam will usually have no idea they're fake, and when the card hits its' actual size limit it will begin overwriting older data. Anyone relying on this to, for example, store treasured family photos, will have their valuable data lost to the digital aether. I avoided this because I'm good with computers; the average person will have no idea.

Fake flash drives are a known and common issue online, and AliExpress/Alibaba is the world's largest e-commerce platform. I trusted them because of their size and generally good reputation, but apparently that's just advertising. Many reviews on the store showed the drives passing tests, but it's now known that Chinese companies will pay for fake reviews; it could also be legitimate drives mixed in with fakes, or only lower capacity drives are real as in my case. I don't know how AliExpress treats their Chinese customers, but Americans have no recourse. Don't trust them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - their name indicates Express which is far from the truth - I purchased something and a day later I received an email stating that it had been shipped and would take 20-26 days to rec'd. Well its been 30 days and I still haven't received anything and can't get any accurate information from the site. I keep trying to log in but it will not take the password I put in and site will not take you anywhere else. I researched site after making purchase and wish I had done so earlier. Seems that most people who purchase from this site get scammed and never receive their purchases and I can almost guarantee you that the good reviews; the company has put them there themselves. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

Michael Sun from Ali Express is not an honest business person. This person gave me a false tracking number when I purchased a wig. When the wig never got to me on time, I asked for a refund and Michael Sun refused to give me one. Michael Sun said that the last package had got lost in transit and that he would send another to me. I still requested a refund and Michael Sun sent another wig through DHL against my wishes. When DHL brought the package to me, I refused it. Michael Sun never issued a refund for my purchase and will not respond to any of my messages. Michael Sun told my bank that I have the wig and the tracking information even shows I do not have it. Michael Sun can not respond to me but he can fabricate stories to my bank so that he can steal money. I would not ever do business with this person.
