They called my wife and said she owed $3000 from a Wells Fargo account from 10 years ago, they said it was $3000 because of legal fees. Originally the debt was only 1200 but because some attorney took it over it was now 3000 and they wanted to know if we were going to be home so they could service, they said if we paid today that they would allow it to be reduced to the 1200 she acted like she put us on hold so she could talk to an attorney that was supposedly in her office then came back on the phone and said we could pay 800 today and 400 in a few days . Sadly my wife paid the 800. We were able to get it back they called us back today they don’t know that we refund the payment yet and they called back to make sure that my wife got their phony contract I asked them what does ADS stand for they said Advanced dispute services phone number 888-912-6159. The address they had on their phony documents was 3355 Lenox Rd. Suite 750 in Atlanta. I looked at a dress up and found out that it was ran by Peachtree and that you can rent virtual offices out for $75 a month I called the owner and he called me back and said there’s no company by that name he was real nice he said it’s probably somebody fraudulently using our address it happens quite often

JASMINE SCOTT and MICHAEL SCOTT called a client of mine regarding a defaulted credit card. I assure you folks, this is a SCAM! If there is not a case filed there should never be a need to serve someone nor would they need to validate your address. There is no website for this FAKE A$$ company and you should NEVER EVER give this place any information. Their number is: 888-755-6484 it's not associated with any company which is a HUGE red flag. Call the feds because they're committing wire fraud!

They called me on Tuesday saying that to prevent my case from going to court, I had to pay Ab biller through a Visa or Mastercard card this sung at first I was scared but thanks to this page and that they sent me an email that I attach below
SCAM

First received a call from a local number stating their business was called Central Processing based out of Texas. Stated they were hired by another company, ADS, to serve me legal documentation. Central Processing gave me a case number and told me I had to call 888-884-7977 to speak with ADS directly. I called the 888 number which was answered by a woman who claimed to be an answering service for the "businesses upstairs", whatever that's supposed to mean. I gave her the case number and she said that case is being handled by ADS Law Firm. She said she would transfer me to someone in that office. I was put on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up. I searched for the so-called ADS Law Firm and found nothing...except a scam under the name AD Solutions. A few minutes after I hung up, I received a call back from a Georgia phone number. The man stated he was returning my missed call. I asked what company he was with and surprise surprise he said "I'm with AD Solutions."

So if you get any calls from Central Processing or ADS or ADS law firm, just hang up it's one big scam!

I received a call from ADS solutions, phone number 888-872-2516. I was told an account I had 13 years ago with Fifth Third. I owed $3000, but could settle for $904. They had information including my old drivers license, prior address, current address, and last four of my social security. I was then transferred to Valerie Taylor and Jasmine Scott. Both sounded very convincing. However, I requested writing and documentation of the bills owed. This is when my suspicions grew. The email provided was [email protected]. When I googled this address, this page popped up with others reporting the exact same thing. I'm an excellent googler and cannot confirm that ADS actually exists.

As a follow up, I also contacted the Regus, the place that is allowing this company to rent office space from them. Their response is they have no control over fraudulent activity, though I am making them aware. I also plan on filing a police complaint. It's just sad that such scams exists and two that companies rather accept criminal money than to investigate illegal matters on their premises.

I received a call today stating I owed Wachovia Bank $4849.74 and they are serving me papers to attend court. They put me on hold and came back to say Wachovia is willing to accept $1286.40 if I pay now. I know for a fact Wachovia no longer exist and Wells Fargo took them over some years ago. I called Wells Fargo and they looked up an old account I had with them and said I owe them nothing. The person name Michael Clark at 858 538-3763 ext 707 said if I don't comply they could put a lien on my assets, car, house, accounts etc. He had my address, social security number which scares me. I hope they don't try to use this information to open accounts in my name. UGH! fraud for sure!

A.D. solutions first had a local number call me and tell me I would be served on Monday morning and asked if I would be home. I asked what this was about and the gave me a phone number to call and it was A.D. solutions. With a helpful con artist named Sofia. She went on to tell me that the FDIC had sent me to collections over and account I had "over drafted" over a decade ago. every thing else went very about the same as the other testimonials. The told me they where sewing for $6000 and I could settle for $800. i actually offered to pay 150 and they said no luckily. then i found this amazing website and was very relieved to know this is all a scam.

They just called me and had me crying and practically having a nervous breakdown. I was minutes away from sending the $626 settlement to avoid a $4384 court case. My question to you is, did they ever serve you with papers? They said they are serving mine tomorrow between 9-1.

I received a unknown caller telling me that I owed a U.S bank 11 years ago and if I don’t pay they will sue me and put a lien of all my asset because I defrauded the bank so I was getting scared because they knew all my information my full name, social security number , DOB and drivers license. They told me the bank suing me for $3821.05 but I could settle for $890.62 but when they send me paperwork I look up they address and it show me a rental building space in Brookhaven Atlanta. It’s sad that in a time like this people are scamming people the little they have to survive. Please stop these people.

I am not entirely sure if this is a fake debt collecting company or a phishing scam.

I was contacted today and asked to verify my address so I could be served some papers. I refused to give my address until they told me what this was about. They gave me a number to call and a case number. The first person I spoke to sounded like an answering service who routed me to the "law office". They said I was being sued for over $5k for an account with Providian Bank. I paid this account 11 years ago. I asked the address of the business which is actually a rental space in Atlanta, Georgia. The people in that same address said they have never seen anyone from that company. The address i was asked to email paid receipts to was [email protected] and the name of the person calling was John Blackwell. The reason I believe this was a scam is because the email address doesn't have a company name in it, they use a dummy location, and they said they didn't purchase the note but it was transferred from the FDIC but that AD solutions was the plaintiff.

i received a call about a Casey's gas station suing me for 3,000 for a bad check in 2007. They knew my phone number but said they sent me a letter in January. I never received the letter in the mail. They asked for my current address. They sent me an email for me to sign to have this taken care of for a lesser amount. He had to go talk to his boss about re opening it. Boss agreed. He asked if i could do $80 a month for 5 months. i said no, i can do $60. he said that that amount would be fine.. without having to talk to anyone.. i received the email and googled their address.. it is coming up as a rental space building. The gentleman that i was speaking with, his name is Jonathan Blackwell. his phone number is 323-328-1423 ext 733.

This "business" contacted me and my brother and stated that there had been litigation filed against me for a *** *** debt from an overdrafted account from 13 years ago. They said they would settle the over $3k debt for $718 but that if I didnt pay today that offer would not stand, I would have to appear in court and they would garnish my wages, etc. I called *** *** and they asked that I call back to get the account number linked to the debt. Upon completing that request, AD Solutions could not provide me with the account number nor could they provide me with their business license number so that I could call BBB.com to verify that this was not a scam. Every time I tried to request simple information, I would get interrupted and bombarded by some legal mumbo-jumbo, which almost made me think this was legitimate. But after researching their business name and phone number, calling *** *** directly and Early Warning Services, it became more apparent that this was in fact a scam!

The call and sad my husband owe 3,000 to US bank, he talk about Leins on Property, bank accounts, paychecks. He also said that He should have got something in the mail . This was back in 2005, he wanted to settle for $1000, he acted like he was working with an attorney, but he couldn’t give the attorney’s name, then he said ad Solutions-was name of the company,We told him that we were going to give any money to anyone without a paper trail, And since we didn’t have a paper trail we wouldn’t give him any money we were going to call the Attorney General’s office, then he said he did we went don’t have to call the attorney generals office they’ll send out a paper.
