I got a letter and phone number to talk to people claiming to be publisher's clearing house of north America, but when they told me my wife won 600,000 dollars and said I had to pay the taxes on it around 2,000 dollars it started sounding fishy. They then turn around asking for a little 700 dollars instead and I just knew they were fishy. I argued with the guy a little and got off the phone. Then I get another call with someone congratulating me on the prize money but I ignored it. I called up the ScamPulse.com and it is indeed a scam.
