Business called saying they had sent me a letter of mitigation and I have refused to respond to it. When I asked for a copy of the letter, they told me to have my County to contact them for it since we would have to go through litigation through this county. So why not just send me a copy of it since I never received it? Also the debt happened in December of 2001. When I said that I felt like this was a scam, her first question was then "how did I get all of your information?" I just answered that it's easy to get information from a computer. Now when trying to find this company on line, I can find absolutely nothing on them. Why would I not believe its a scam?
