Just received a green card similar to the others reported here. At first I was startled since I just purchased my property a month ago. What tipped me off was 1) They misspelled my first name twice (a common name) and 2) I don't think mail from my lender would have my loan number printed on a postcard. Thank you to all for pointing out the small print at the bottom. I immediately Googled the phone number and found this website. I'm glad I did.

Light green post card, back is blank. Has my address and mortgage lender on the card, in the bottom right corner states all information provided by leadpros 833-845-2764 Not affiliated with sponsored by and loan information not provided by *insert mortgage lender*

The information in the body of the card states this notice is regarding your current mortgage with *Lender*. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 888-810-1713.
Called the number and they are fishing for personal information. The memo at the bottom right is very small and almost illegible. Please be careful yall

Same as listed in the AZ report: "not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender." In fine print at the bottom right corner. Post card sized light green thin cardstock, nothing printed on the opposite side. Cut is crooked like it was done without care on a paper cutter.

"This notice is regarding your mortgage with ****. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 888-810-1713 as soon as possible." Fine print at the bottom of the postcard reads: "All information provided by LeadPros, 833-454-2764. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by *****."

The address section references a "mortgage ID" that is five numbers, a dash, three numbers, a dash, and three more numbers.
