This person called me and told me I owed a medical bill from two years ago, I let him know. I’ve had Kaiser for the last 12 years and I don’t have any bills. He then went ranting on about something and I hung up. He then called my daughter on her phone and told her the same thing about me .

I know the law says they are not allowed to say anything along the lines quote. Someone will be at your home to either. Have you sign a monthly agreement for money, or you will be arrested” and he said that.
