Man with an accent called and said he was with Spectrum. He was so convincing and said he could give me a discount on my cable bill if I paid in full, right now, for the year. I had to pay with gift cards. They asked me to get three $300 TARGET gift cards, which I did. I checked and they already used the gift cards (the police officer had me check the balances and they are zero). I really believed it was Spectrum when they called and gave me the offer. I reported this to the police and my bank, Target too and now to you. This was half of my monthly income!
