I received a call from them about a payday loan that was not paid and I don't owe any payday loans. They called from 855-200-3457. They threatened me and said they would put a credit lock on my credit. They hung up on me after telling me this. Then I decided to give Better Business Bureau a call to report this.

Automated VM from # said a notice was sent to my address and said my home address, however nothing was ever delivered. I called the number for information and the representative said my birthdate and last 4 of SSN asking if it was me. She then went on to say an account closed years ago was flagged for review for non-payment related to a cash advance business. I asked for the timeframe, she said 2018. I said that information is completely incorrect and I would be disputing it. She said I had 2 options, dispute or pay a settlement amount, but even the dispute option she was very clear to say money would still be owed. She threatened that I would need to make a decision immediately and payment to avoid this being reported on my credit report.

They left a voicemail saying I needed to repay a debt and that they were going to send papers to my house with the debt information. They said to call 855-200-3457 to discuss the debt. I deleted the voicemail and blocked the number.

I also had a similar voicemail left from 918-833-9461 saying that I had a past due account that I needed to pay.
