Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes
was in Texas giving out winnings of $4 million. Asked me to go to Walgreens or CVS and purchase
three Visa gift cards at $500 each. Another person got on the line, James Johnson and said
he was the supervisor and said 8.5 mill and then 500,000 and a 2022 Mercedes and $7,000/
week every Friday for life. He asked if I had $1,500 and I said sure. He said get in my car
now and get a clean piece of paper and go to get the cards at $500 each. Phone went dead.
Paper was to write down all receipts and numbers on the Visa cards.
Knew better and have seen ScamPulse.com on the news and knew it wasn't right.
