This guy was cruising my mobile home park and offered to buff out some marks on my bumper and my headlights. He looked like he was working hard so when he offered to fix a scratch on my paint, I told him go ahead for $300. He worked till after dark and then showed me the work. It had bubble on the surface and said that was the clear coat and they would go away. Well the didn't and when I washed the car, the new paint came off and the sanded scratch (much bigger now) reappeared. Got stiffed for $500. Never again will I hire a mexican off the street.

The scammer was cruising the parking lot of Target on Douglas Blvd in Roseville, CA. He told me he was looking for work. He had a sign on his truck that said Got Dents? He claimed to be a mobile detailing company. He gave me an estimate of $1500.00 to fix the dent he noticed on my car.

He fixed the dent, but made other dents on my car. He failed to fix my car the way he said he could.

He worked with another man who worked on the front of my car. He also failed to fix the issue.

These men cruise parking lots to look for cars with dents. They seem friendly and act like they know what they’re doing. They’re scammers.
