I was told that someone from 49 Arcadia, NY used my personal information to purchase an IPhone 16 and it would be billed to my Amazon account. When I told him to cancel it, that it was not mine, he said he couldn't because it was preauthorized. I kept questioning and he finally told me that his name was Paul Gorris #977525. When I started questioning his authority, as I told him I was beginning to think that he was a scam, he quickly hung up. I can find nothing on Amazon or anywhere. One of the problems for him was that I don't use a bank card to purchase on Amazon. He kept asking and asking for the name of my bank, which I refused to give.
