Scammer said he was Manuel Franco Lottery Winner and was giving me $200,000. I initially paid him then the day he was to deliver he asked for more money and really insisted. I refused to pay any more.

Then he said if i pay him more my winnings would be increased to a billion dollars. Then i offered him $1000 of my winnings and he said he doesnt need it that he was the CFO for FedEx. I got disgusted and blocked him
