They posed as a chimney cleaning business. A technician came out and cleaned the chimney accessing it from my roof. He inspected it and said that it would be safe to use now but after he left I realized that he had not cleaned it and I have since found out that it is not safe to use. I Zelled the payment before I realized that the work promised was incomplete. He now has blocked me and I cannot reach him through his website. I had to hire another chimney sweep and they informed me that my fireplace is definitely not safe to use. They said that I was not the first to be scammed by them. I was scammed out of my money and want a full refund.
