This number called to impersonate an AHN employee to get me to pay a fake bill. I’ve had several different #s call, emails, letters, and texts saying I have a balance. My insurance company cannot trace how my information became available or where this bill actually came from besides a DOS. when I called back the “AHN” employee the automated service said it was phoenix debt collector. Something isn’t right here. This has been going on for a year now.
