Thet claimed to have puppies for sale. You had to make a deposit and pay the rest when they arrived. Everytime they would say they wers going to deliver something would happen. First the puppy wasnt in proper carrier, they need more money. Then they set out on van that had flat tire. It was as if one person were talking and then when upset someone else would come on with improper english.
