called about suspicious package which was seized due to drugs, and wanted "to press charges" used Alan Regulado Badge ID 73190215 to identify himself and case id CBF84319 and asked about an old address one of my family members resided at over 2 years ago - i blocked this number and second number: 915-730-7000 El Paso, TX which called me from immediately after i hung up from first call
