I texted them a photo of my ID.

They asked for a photo of my ID all 4 corners in the photo and then they asked for a photo of my title for my car which I refrained from sending.

Our car broke down on the side of the road, tried to find a tow truck, called the company, said it would be $279, charged credit card $379, called back about amount error and told us we would have to talk to someone else, never heard back, tow truck never showed up, called back to cancel truck after credit card was already charged, said they would call tow truck driver and ask status of whereabouts and would call us back, never called back. There is one phone number on their website, but when you click on it to call, it dials another number. When searching that number on Google, there is nothing but inconsistencies.
