Bank of america claimed credit card application needed more info. I declined applicatiin with no info. They tranfered me to "experian" and they had my name, address and last 4 of my ss#. They said someone tried to use my citi cc for 900.00 on an 800.00 limit and was declined. (well duh) He was unable to verify any additional cc info like the last 4 digits. I dont like Bank of America so i really gave the person a hard time. He then wanted to talk about a credit solution program (for a fee) and I shut him down. blocked phone#. I called citi directly to verify any type of declined purchases. and I told him i would contact experian, to put another caution flag on my account. Since he claims he did not see one. and he suddenly had my info up before i have it to him nor did he ask the identity questions to verify if i was who they called.
