A man called saying the electric would be shut off in 45 mins because the payments haven't been made in 2 months, which they had been paid, then he mentioned that it was a deposit that hadn't been pd. Business was recently sold to new owner so i wanted to make sure. When i called the #(***)he gave me I spoke to a Richard *** in the "billing/disconnect" dept.(I've never heard of such a dept!)he said it was for new meter *** installed. I told him that's impossible cause the building is locked & has razor wire surrounding it. He said they had mailed disconnect notices for 2 months, I asked where they sent notices & he gave business address where we receive NO MAIL! Lol! Meanwhile I got on the phone with my lawyer who owns the property and *** who both confirmed it was a scam. WATCH OUT!
