Received a letter from RGS for debt collection for web hosting business for $29.95. I have never bought anything from this company. When I called RGS they informed me that the company was called 1&1 Ionos inc & gave me their contact. When I called this company, she kept asking me questions about the last 4 of my credit card which I refused to give, and asked her where this company is located...the Philippines! And when I asked her for her first and last name, she said she can only give me her first name...Giselle. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she said there isn’t one??? Totally fraudulent! She told me to just ignore the email, I repeated it was a letter in the mail stating I was sent to collections not email. So infuriating!
