I am a subscriber for Yahoo Subscriptions for my System Mechanic Software. Over the course of several months, I've noticed my billing cycle is not consistent with the companies billing procedures. Upon initially registration and cancellation of another similar program; I was told I get charged every 30 days concurrently from the time of purchase of subscription. Now I'm being told that I am to be charged on the day of subscription registration; which was Dec 2 of 2018. When I asked about it they could not give me a direct answer on a simple question:- If I am to be charged every 30 days why or how are they allowed to take it out 4 to 5 days earlier than when your auto payment date is supposed to? She told me it is supposed to be taken out from the reg. date (12/2) But that has never happened, even from initial pay. . It tries until payment is taken. But I have bank records showing that scenario she speaks of, has never happened. I get charged on the same day usually and the 2nd of every month just was never one of them. . .Seems like a money scam to me and they're just hoping people don't notice or don't care enough to inquire about its transactions to rectify the problem. By cutting my monthly subscriptions earlier than the agreed upon date of funds withdrawal, almost feels like I'm being shorted on said subscription by still having to pay the same rate for a FULL MONTH instead they are only giving me 21 to 25 days on my subscription. Does not seem in the least bit right. Are they getting more money by shorting consumer's billing cycles??? Seems like cutting corners around the law to weasel out more money from unsuspecting and blinded customers such as myself. If this is not the company I need to be putting my complaint to , please inform me so I may find the right company I need to inform. Thank you and much appreciation for your consideration and time..
