I ordered a whiskey advent calendar from this website. I ended up with a box with some perforated holes in it.... but empty... no whiskey. When I sent an email to customer service, they offered a refund of $7. I said no that's not acceptable as I completely did not get what I ordered and their website promised 100% returns. They then offered $13. I then started seeing unfamiliar charges on my credit card. Once I reported that to my credit card, their website now says it's closed.
