I was cold called about an application I sent in, that I did not do. Wanda Vernon was the "HR" Representative that contacted me about this position that seemed like something I could get into. My initial email to process hiring went to my spam folder, which seemed odd. The website looks legit, but the application link is dead. The position was in regards to receiving packages from sellers and reshipping them to the proper recipient. Looking into the position, and ones like it elsewhere, I believe this is a scam business and am reporting it as such. Offering almost $5000 a month to process a few dozen packages is way too good to be true.

They offered me a job to forward packages and promised me a salary of $3,500 a month. A month later after doing the probation period, they do not answer cellphones, emails or messages. They owe me $25 from the last shipment I made.

I started working for Wiima post on 2-9-24 with the expectation that in 30 days I would have my 1st check. February 28th was my last contact with them. Over the last 30 days I was a “package inspector “ for the overseas shipping company Wiima post. I went to various locations several times to pick up packages for other people. Once packages were received or delivered to my home address, I had to open, photo, repack package and then print label from my personal printer on label paper that I had to buy, then I would go to the UPS store to drop off, refresh my dashboard and wait for another package to accept. I did this 12-15 times. As of 3-9-24 I have texted, emailed, and called every number and email I have. I got locked out of my account. The email addresses that I had are no longer valid and no one is returning my phone calls. I filled out employment information and they had access to my bank account my identity my life. I am ready to take the next step and do what I have to do to get this issue, resolved.,

I was offered a job from a job board online that I had been using, however I'm searching for a job, so their are many other boards I'm signed up on, so it's hard to know exactly which one. the company is called capital AAA fulfillment, Inc. and they offered me $3600 a month after a one month probationary period to repackage and resend packages which I assumed were from Amazon or China sellers and Alibaba or something looked extremely legitimate. They have a portal with tracking number services and went through multiple steps of interviews and got a funny feeling and looked it up on chat, GPT and found that they were others who had the same problem with the same name. I'm gonna read out the information of the company and aliases I assume of the perpetrators.
I received an email from a Miss Maria Novak from AAA fulfillment. She's supposedly my supervisor and my main contacts leader of the Shipping agents of some BS gave me an online portal link which works it's www.fulfillment-tracking.com they sent a username and password which I sent was temporary which logged me onto a very legitimate user interface website there's a messaging system and place to input tracking number, and all of the stuff you would imagine from a legitimate company like this.
Their email said verify my address I should study the employee manual, which is very descriptive, and also legitimate seeming this is a quote:
"after your confirmation message you can expect to start receiving packages within five working days, the number of orders you receive should start to gradually increase overtime depending on your location you should receive up to 40 orders during your first month.
As soon as you complete training and become a permanent employee, we will discuss all of your work expenses and more detail, including how to submit expense for reports.
We always provide prepaid shipping labels, but other than that we don't accept expense reports during the one month training. After your first month, expenses like Internet, gas and shipping supplies can be included in your monthly expense report, and here is the outline for the responsibilities during the one month training."
1. log onto your dashboard each day you must remain professional, professional, and committed to meeting her high standards during the on the job training process regularly checking the list of orders allocated to you it's critical to meeting these standards.
2. You must be diligent about checking the dashboard to track the packages and receive important notifications to remaining your address remain there to receive the packages all that
3. add the packages which are not on the list some packages will not be in the invoice so you have to add the manually
4. pick up orders occasionally (I assume they mean from USPS or
UPS store)
5. follow the packaging procedure guidelines to put them in new boxes, etc. quality control system
6. which basically just says that you need to make sure that the boxes are intact seven ship orders the same day before the cut off time shipping labels will be uploaded after photos of the boxes are sent via the user interface portal records is maintain, strong attention detail, blah blah blah, blah.
This email was supposedly written by Maria Novak operations manager AAA fulfillment. When I looked her up, I found that name has been associated with other similar scams.
They sent me a W-4, which I filled out and returned. I did not include any banking information, but I did include my Social Security number, which is, as you know, not very good.
I will attach all of the screenshots and documents that they sent me

Have been applying to “work from home” jobs and this company texted and setup an interview. Did a phone interview and then a second phone interview. I was called and offered a job as “shipment analyst”. Was told that I would receive packages/boxes and verify contents and ship to customer. I was sent a contract to fill out and sign. Base pay $2700 plus $50 bonus for each package shipped within a short time period. I would be on a 30 day probation and would receive base pay and bonuses when the 30 day probation ends. I started 10/18/23. My supervisor called and walked me through setting up the company dashboard. That will track packages in/out with task # tracking #s along with uploading pictures of package contents and receipts when sent through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Dashboard also had a homepage with company information and training videos for new employees. Also the dashboard had my payroll information, base pay and running total of bonuses with the date of 11/18/23 when probation was completed and my earnings of $4600 would be sent to my bank account.

A week before end of probation my supervisor called and offered me a promotion to “buying agent” for a higher base pay. I turned down the offer. I liked what I had been doing and didn’t want the change. Supervisor was a little sharp with me and couldn’t understand why I didn’t want the promotion.

I still received and sent packages the following week up until Saturday 11/18/23. Monday I tried to open dashboard and my username and password no longer valid. Called every phone # I had been using for 4 weeks and no answer just voicemail that looped but never connected. I still have 7 packages to ship and no labels. The website doesn’t connect.

Tried to text to all numbers. I can text to 1 but I never receive a reply and the actual # does not appear.

I know the 30 days of work was a scam. I sent 50 boxes and 30 or more were satellite dishes for Starlink.

My fiance took this job he found on indeed. It seemed sketchy but reassured him. They have the person log in 3× a day. Receive packages, relabel and toss old slips, upload picture if item, drop off at ups or fed ex then upload a recipt. Offer 2700 every two weeks with bonus. Gave them id and passport and a paypal.

- Ruskin, FL, USA • Nov 24, 2023

I was contacted by a member from their HR by phone in regards to an application filled out on indeed to be a checking specialist/ quality analyst for a shipping company. They sent over an application form by email and training videos on how to collect and prepare for packages to be shipped out via UPS, FEDEX or USPS and paid $90 a day. Its an employment scam when it was pay date I was informed that payment will be sent out. I received other packages to be mailed out tried to log into the dashboard and no access. So I tried to reach out to all the contacts that I have at the supposedly company and no answer or a busy dial and no response to texts.
