After purchase, I was instructed to download the directions which also gave me the address to send my sample. I pulled hair and put in a plastic bag for analysis to see what I might have adverse reactions to. Food and non food items. The test results are not real. I'm extremely alergic to latex and I must carry an epi pen at all time. However this test came back with me having no sensitivity to latex. It also showed "sensitivity" to weird things and the whole thing seems like a scam. I reached out to them with no reply
