USAA Bank Robo Calls Reports & Reviews (1)

- Wolcott, CT, USA • Apr 11, 2024

Last Thursday April 4th 2024, I received a call and voicemail from an unknown number. She said her name was Heather, knew my first and last name, and claimed to be from USAA Bank. I called the number back, and a different female answered. I said I got a voicemail from them and was returning their call. They seemed genuine, notified me the call may be recorded, and asked generally about a inquiry I had made. I asked if it was about my auto applications and she said yes. I said I didn't need them anymore and she said she'd make a note of that. Then, we finished up and said goodbye. She sounded a little unsure, and I got some weird vibes, but nothing major. Then I received a call and voicemail from the same unknown number on Tuesday April 9th. This time it was Arelio, a male, on the message. It seems to be the exact same script from the original message. Again, it sounded genuine, but now I was suspicious. I searched for the phone number on Google, and found multiple sites saying this was a robocall. I never called them back, and I have received three more missed calls from them in the past two days, but no new voicemails.
