I placed an order online and waited several weeks. I live in Canada and had to pay in US dollars. I did notice that hte shipping address was from Ontario. When I opened up my parcel, the fabric on the garnments was very cheap and for the price I pay - overly priced. The sizes were also NOT as specified. I asked for 2XL and the very quickly were observed that were NOT that size. I didn't even attempt to try them on as it would be impossible. On of the blouses looked like a childs or extra small. I was so disappointed. After taking pictures and sending back my order number. I received the same generic information. I'm currently trying to find out if this address is a scam.

Here is the response I received:

Hello, please take a picture of the product you received and send the picture to us. If we do ship you the wrong product, wrong color or wrong sizes, then we will re-ship you the correct one immediately. If the item is correct but just you dont like it, we consider that the return of goods is a bit uneconomical because it is clearly stated in our refund policy that we cannot provide return labels, so we can directly refund you $30 as compensation and then you can keep all your items.

You can also directly return your items for a refund.

Saw a facebook add for the store that i clicked. the store presents on the website and in the order confirmation email as a boutique in Texas, US, which it is not. shipping states that items will arrive within 15 days, i did not receive items for a month. items came from China. had i known it was a Chinese website i never would have ordered. they said they would refund the shipping for the delay but have not. aside from items being very late, they were junk. i bought 2 shirts that were advertised as having sequins on them. when i received the items, they instead had screen printed photos of sequins. they are ugly junk. the seller refused to refund me unless i PAY to ship items back to china. I refused because that is expensive and i never would have ordered in the first place had they not mis represented themselves as a store in the states. the photos they advertise are not what they send out.

They are claiming to be an online boutique in Texas however they are in China. The shipping and return addresses are all in China! I ordered a sequined Santa sweatshirt from their website and they sent me a sweatshirt with printed Santa’s and it looks nothing like the website. When I emailed customer support they would not send me a return label said I would have to pay for shipping back to China and then they would refund me once they received the item if it was like i claimed.
