They advertise brand name products, bill your credit card like any other online shop, then ship a product that is completely different than what you ordered. The product shipped is not even a cheap look-a-like but is merely something in the same category. eg: if you order a brand name baseball hat that is black with a certain logo and pattern on it, they'll just ship you a low quality generic black baseball hat
