I believe they are a scam. I've made my purchase on March 5 2021, it is now March 30 and I still have yet to get my item. I've contacted them several times and I get the same generated excuse, that they are delayed. The website also seems to have a neverending sale and only sell one item.

Still waiting my order made on 0ctober 5, 2020, the only contact is by email, 4 times the same excuse they claim the covid are delay the process... No tracking number. I believe their internet host must give us information of this company.

StarryLights told me to contact my local postal office, I did and they said
that they don't even work with SF Express, and turns out
if you look closely it doesn't even say to what city it has been delivered to,
here's an example of a proper order I received directly my address:

Ramla, IL, DELIVERED

It says my city name and Israel.
Heck knows in what city my package is at right now?!

If the second item gets lots similarly I'll be 100% sure this is a scam
and update you guys, but so far, the support
are refusing to give me a refund on the item that hasn't been delivered
and are basically pushing the blame from their side to "the local post
office" who btw doesn't recognize the [censored]ty shipping company they paid for
in order for the package to ship to me.

I purchased a starry light on April 20, 2020 but did not receive it until July 11, 2020. I had to keep emailing the support for the business to figure out why my item was taking so long to arrive. They kept saying "due to the COVID-19 situation there would be delays" so I was patient, but I noticed that the tracking would never move the item until I contacted support. I kept asking for an address for the business but they would not disclose the address nor provide me a refund. I finally received the item but it came damaged with missing parts.
