Rosce is not worth the [censored]ty products for the amount you pay! Please research very carefully before you buy from them. The company fakes reviews and bribes customers to leave good reviews.

I purchased the Harriet necklace and bracelet set. The clasp on the necklace will not close properly. I have reached out to ROSCE via Email, Facebook, online. No response on where to ship back to as there was one location on Facebook but the merchandise was shipped from Florida. I will contact my bank for assistance in a refund.

Yes, the whole company is so shady.

Buy jewellery off Amazon instead for better quality and cheaper price. Do NOT buy from Rosce. If you spend 10 minutes researching this company you can see that they fake their reviews and is a total scam. Please be careful.

would like to clarify about my first review. Rosce has shown me good customer service throughout the entire process. I initially wrote it out of disappointment, saying the alleged fake reviews and labeled them scam because I thought they would not replace my bracelet. I really like their tennis bracelets and I am glad to get my free replacement.

customer support representative from Rosce Jewelers reached out to me and offered to resolve my issue. They sent me a replacement I am very satisfied with this resolution and am grateful they she reached out to settle.

The products are not as advertised. The website promises "hassle free returns" which is not accurate. Based in part on those statements, I ordered several items. When the products were of low quality and not as advertised, I sought to return for a refund. I had to email to request return instructions. They insisted that I email photos of the products I wanted to return, and I did. They then told me because my items were on sale they were not eligible for refund. When I insisted, they told me the "US Warehouse" was not accepting returns so I had to mail the products to CHINA. At my own expense. By a trackable method. And, they instructed me to under declare the contents as less than $10 for tax reasons at customs. SHADY! At UPS, my cost to send trackable mail to Shenzhen, Guangdong, China was over $135. USPS was $35 but it would take 2-3 weeks. I was told to email photos of the parcel and mailing label. They told me I would not receive a refund until the product was received in China and "inspected."
Rosce is a SCAM.

This is a scam website trying to say they sell manmade diamond, but when the package come, I knew right away it's not. I have a friend who work in the industry checked and not surprising that it's not, just some sort of crystals. I tried to let it slide since it looks ok-ish to give it to my sister to wear occasionally. The first time she wore the bracelet, the crystal stone fell out after just a few minutes. When she tried to take off the earrings' prongs after trying on, the earrings rods bent, and I had to bent it back a little trying to savage them. They tried to tell me to send the earrings back to them since I only mentioned about the broken bracelet and how they falsely advertise to get my refund. After many emails back and forward, they finally send a return address in CHINA instead of USA, but I have to pay for return shipping, and they won't refund until they receive the item. So, save yourself all that trouble and headache and stay away from this scam company!

I bought a tennis necklace and tennis bracelet from Rosce Jewelers. I recently tried wearing the necklace for the first time. The necklace was broken when I removed it from the package. When I brought the set to a jeweler, I was told that the jewelry was not made with lab created diamonds (as advertised) and were instead CZ. I can buy a CZ necklace on Amazon for $26, which is many times cheaper than the $245 that I paid for broken jewelry from Rosce Jewelers. Although their business website looks legitimate, this company has had a 50% off sale for months. The manufacturing process doesn’t talk about where the gems are sourced from, only how cheap vermeil is produced. This information can be found online. Most importantly, this company shouldn’t tell people that they are selling diamonds when, in fact, they are selling cheap, non-diamond imitations at an up charge.

Update:

Lucie, a customer support representative from Rosce Jewelers reached out to me and offered to resolve my issue. She could not refund my money, but she did send me a pendant and earring set. I am very satisfied with this resolution and am grateful that she reached out to settle the matter. Attached are pictures of the new set. Thank you, Lucie!

Update: The customer service department at Rosce Jewelers reached out to me to settle the matter. I’ll submit an additional update when complete.
