My client is Handicapped & a Stroke Victim & Cannot Write or Talk well & was in the hospital 69 days then transferred to nursing home & Rollon Skin Care Ripped Her Off Over $400.00! We have cald & cald & they said they’d give her $$ bk & NO-it’s Been MonthS & MonthS if calling them & same answer & she has received Nothing BuT Stress & VERY Upset‼️‼️

About the same as everybody else. I got a collection letter from Pinnacle Law Group.
The product was from Rollonskincareltd.com/ I would gladly return the product if I knew where to send it.

I am owed $108.42 since April 8th for product I didn’t receive and it broke my skin out!

I have been trying to get $108.42 back since April 8 for a product I didn’t receive! Not to mention that the so-called free product broke my skin out!

I am now in the process of trying to get my money back for at least two charges, if not three. I paid the $2.95 shipping fee in late December and find on my bank statements charges of $103.00 and $109.93 for January and February. I just received another sample yesterday, April 4, 2020, and am told it’s another $109.93. I asked for a refund of all shipments because I didn’t authorize the charges. I was told that when I ordered the first sample, that it stated there would be more shipments and I would have a membership subscription to their products. The guy just kept trying to sell me more products and eventually said I couldn’t have my money back for the two earlier shipments because it was past their 14 day window for their return policy or refund. I’m now waiting for a return call from someone that the rep said he was escalating the case to. Of course, today has to be Sunday, so all I could do until tomorrow when my bank opens, is to report my debit card as stolen. Hopefully that puts a hold on their current charge of $109.93. This is a HUGE SCAM! Don’t fall for it!

This so called business is a scam.

They bagger you to keep the product they shipped to you for an extended period of time and when you call them back for a return number and insist that you don't want the product,

Then all of a sudden......, they tell you there is a restocking fee of $50.00 if the product is not opened and you have to pay for the return shipping price.

If the product is open, you still have to pay for the return shipping and 65% of the product because you opened it.

Then they tell you, just pay us half the price of the product plus $19.00 and you can keep the product and you won't have to pay the restocking fee, return postage or anything else.

What a ripp-off.
